Private property is a fantasy. Capitalists have private property because they own the means of production however people like you and I have no real property and must sell our labor to a capitalist in order to survive.

I am saying that capitalism is unneccesary. Michael moore knows these problems exist because of deficiencies in capitalist production but his solutions are based on what is less exploitative but are sitll exposed to the market and the state.

I am arguing for the removal of capital as the mode of production and the replacement of a new mode of production centred around benefitting people and freeing man of repetitive and meaningless tasks. We would also need to move towards the abolishment of private property in favor of collective ownership or common heritage just as it originally was for people.

I am saying that capitalism is unneccesary. Michael moore knows these problems exist because of deficiencies in capitalist production but his solutions are based on what is less exploitative but are sitll exposed to the market and the state.
I on the other hand believe that capitalism is at a stage where it can be abolished completely. We would not need a government, banks, money etc etc. All these exist in the realm of capitalism.

I am arguing for the removal of capital as the mode of production and the replacement of a new mode of production centred around benefitting people and freeing man of repetitive and meaningless tasks. We would also need to move towards the abolishment of private property in favor of collective ownership or common heritage just as it originally was for people.

@arzoyan Yes! There are very few (if none) states that are Communist/Socialist. The only way it has been achieved is by integration with the free-market (Universal Healthcare, Police, Education). When people say 'Socialism doesn't work' or 'I don't like Socialism' I guess they don't like there free schools, police, healthcare etc. Using China, Soviet Russia as examples of 'Communism' is about as useful as using America itself. Stalin hardly sat around debating Marx all day. Capitalist he was.

I am from Europe and we are moving towards socialism. The mediocre, lazy, dumb are promoted by a socialistic system. I am not against a welfare system. I think it is necessary to support the needy, but it is simply abused by those who are lazy.

@DphL0 China is an excellent example. China has developped dynamically from a rotten communist shithole after introducing CAPITALISTIC reforms. And a vast majority benefits from this development. The life of 100s of millions of Chinese has improved, compared to what they had to live under in communism. A good example for why CAPITALISM works and communisn not.

Why would a dictator care if the lower classes were armed. In Cuba the common people are armed against the threat of invasion. Such people can turn those weapons against Castro.
