  • Hey! ya think you guys could come out with a simple but realistic CTC signal system? there is almost no system on the market that gives realistic CTC control without interferance from a computer. Even a basic system that mimics the behavior of CTC. I know I would buy it!

  • great amazing detailed product.

  • Anyone have a beer please???!!!!

  • Sweet. Since the Canadians are almost all virtually searchlight signals, this is great news.

I'd like to know if there are plans for producing Canadian Pacific / Canadian National type stuff since, except for the dwarf signals, these things look pretty bang on, except for the masts and double-head placement... How about it BLMA? Any chance of doing this stuff for us modelling the Canadian roads?

  • Sweet. It's nice to have accurate signals and instead of generic ones. Are you planning on making the H-5 and GRS SA searchlights also? And i 2nd GTW4918 on the GRS style D and G colorlights. Missouri Pacific (plus RI, T&P, GM&O, and others) used them also (i even have a few MP ones :P) and models of them would be great.

  • I have been waiting a long time for these to come out Search Light 2s are awesome

  • bela paisagem!

  • @3:13 ge amd 103 p42 genesis awsome.

  • great! fine model signal!

We used this type model in Brasil .

In Our associate model railroad "ABM" in Ourinhos , We wiil use your " future signals"! On "CTC" real operatiion!

  • I like your models I have a cuple and they are great. 5 stars for the signal my model rr club has some of these and we like them.

  • You should see all the Searchlight Signals in the Nevada desert along high way 80 where I railfan. I heard un-confirmed reports that UP is going to be replacing all of the Search Light Signals with Darth Vader Signals from Donner Pass all the way to Elko, Nevada as well as in the Feather River Canyon.

  • Very Cool!

  • I'd like to see those new york central grs type D and type G signals made, but for a good price like 15 dollars, and maybe some prr dwarfs.

  • Once again BLMA just did it.

These signals just superb, can not wait to try to install one at the club layout

  • BLMA rocks. You guys are the best. Everything I have bought from BLMA so far is perfect!! Can't wait to use the signals. Keep up the good work guys!!! Thanks

  • Very clever to have a muilti-color LED!

  • When I think of this I go to my local hobby shop and I see those signals but I think do they works. I don't want to waste

my money on something that really doesn't work. Nice vid.

  • Fortunately, you don't have to visit your hobby shop to see if they work; we show working samples in the video.

These signals are on the market and selling fast!

  • These are exactly what I was waiting for! I don't know if they're correct for the BN/MRL but they sure look the goods! 100 degrees in the desert? I could murder a six pak!

  • that is freaking awesome (do you ship in Canada?)

  • Any chances of putting out a searchlight

    signal bridge? In HO

  • In due time! Stay tuned...

  • Looking forward to the future Fullerton Junction style signals.

What kind of cut needs to be made into your layout base to install these? While realistic, the black base looks like it might make installation more difficult.

  • As you mentioned, the black base is prototypical and actually offers a few different mounting possibilities. One thing the video doesn't show is that these signals feature a solid steel post below the black base...you can simply drill a small hold and mount the signal.

Either way, there are plenty of options to mount these signals; it shouldn't be an issue.

    Thanks for the support!

  • HAHAHA, Craig that last part totally hairlicious! I'll be getting these for sure! I love the billboards, so I'm certainly getting these!

  • Nice!. Frisco had these, at least on the Cherokee and Afton Subs, so that's one less thing to worry about. PS- if you're ever thisaway, you have a cold bottle of Shiner Bock waiting for ya, lol

  • Did BN use them in 1995 on there coal train routes?

  • To be honest, I'm not 100% sure. I know BN had Searchlight Signals on sections of their lines; however, to what extent on the PRB, I'm not totally sure. I would suggest looking through pre-BNSF photos of the BN coal operations to see exactly what signaling was in place.

  • Very nice! I just finished ballasting my layout and now I'm thinking about adding a few signals.

  • drop a few of those signals off at my house and you can have as many beers as you want !!!!! I need N scale - LOL

  • LOL on "Can I get a beer please!" - I'll make sure to hook you up after WPM Craig...

  • This is great news! With your future signals, I can finally have search light signals on my Soo Line Layout. Thanks for making these!

  • Craig did you say beer? Yo, let's head over to the 6740 on Greenleaf homes I got first round. I love what you guys are doing, btw, I want one of those BLMA polo shirts... When r you guys gonna offer them? Or, well, hook me up!?!?!?

  • cool cant wait to get them.

  • Hmmm these don't really fit my prototype but I don't see how I can pass them up. Definitely the nicest looking signals of any manufacturer.

  • Another Great looking product form BLMA, i am going 2 get some, keep up the good work!!!

  • This is great! I'll try to buy one, but I love that it's an older signal from the time when gp38's led priority freights!

  • Totally! But remember, these signals have been around since the 30's and 40's, so they're good for everything from steam era, to present day railroading....oh and GP38's!
