Even if I have the money to go there, I would be very afraid to visit Prypiat. As you said, you can never know the amount of radioactivity you breath there.
I've been wondering about how it would be Prypiat or the vehicle's cemetery at nigth... I guess that certain hot spots must glow! So creepy!
Thank you, I'm glad you liked my work. Pripyat is a scary place, and it gets to you. I don't know about the glowing hotspots... that level of radioactivity you will likely only find inside reactor #4.

I' once read an interview in which Igor Kostin himself was talking about some glowing places, but I don't remember the reference right now (maybe it was a documentary). I guess that famous "vehicle cemetery" and some radioactive burials site must be places to investigate.
