  • Because he stole the election.

  • Bad make up job for Nixon.

  • Well, of course they saw something in Richard Nixon's face that troubled them. They saw Richard Nixon!

  • I like all this deep politacal thought on a stupid video

  • Hey that was a really funny joke dude. You should make more videos.

  • crpyto from destroy all humans 0:16

  • mindspring57: JFK did indeed show force in Berlin & bolstered the spirits of millions with an unforgettable speech denouncing communism that was heard and felt at home, in Germany, and around the world - denoting the eventual demise of that totalitarian system. And he was right. It was unsustainable. He had faith in people to self-determine their belief system & political future & history has proven him right. You need to rid yourself of your Neo-con conditioning & see the past accurately.

  • Polls have shown that people who "mindlessly" relied on the "boob tube" (television) for their information thought that Kennedy won the debate. People who listened to radio, and therefore had to concentrate and use their intelligence, thought that Nixon won the debate. Rather interesting commentary on how the media has become style over substance.

  • @mindspring57 What you fail to notice, with your acute anti-Kennedy disdain, is that the inherent reason for audio listeners choosing Nixon over Kennedy, had little to do with content, and everything to do with style. Nixon's mainstream well-modulated voice, honed in debates and eight years of ceremonial appearances as Vice President, was better received & trusted than the little-known, regional, Boston-accented voice of John Kennedy that seemed strange and certainly non-mainstream American.

  • crypto!

  • that's a 'Destroy All Humans' alien isn't it? haha

  • BOP was a CIA bogus op. JFK sent your Dad to 'Nam but NOT in a combat capacity. THAT idiotic decision came from LBJ & the JCOS after the CIA staged the faux Tonkin Gulf incident. Kennedy was NOT escalating the Vietnam conflict. He was sending all U.S. troops home by '65 with executive order NSCM263 @ the rate of 1k per month, reversed by LBJ within 72 hrs of JFK death. You have been victimized by NeoCon revisionism designed to posthumously assassinate JFK & deter inquiry into the coup of '63.

  • Ike detested Nixon & did not want him to be president. Moreover, Nixon was determined to reverse the 1960 outcome, ordering Thurston Morton to file suit in numerous states until Bob Finch & others, investigating allegations of election fraud, discovered that the G.O.P. would actually lose several more states & more electoral votes owing to their own mass irregularities. As for Gore, he had no recourse, a Republican majority on the Supreme Court appointed "Dubya" president by 1 electoral vote.

  • it was a sad day for america when the kennedys stole the election. kennedy sucked as a president but johnson was even worse.

  • @visitor4400 The Kennedy's didn't need to steal the election. Look how his opponent, Trick Dick, fucked up this country.

  • V44: JFK "sucked" as prez? Please! Under him, the U.S. had the greatest sustained economic growth in more than a century. His mastery of conflict resolution in Laos, Berlin, & Cuba literally saved humanity from nuclear conflagration. He put the power of the presidency behind civil rights - the 1st to do so since Lincoln! He ordered all U.S. troops home from 'nam by '65 with NSCM263. He championed support for the mentally retarded, expanded the arts & sciences & led us into space exploration.

  • Yes, he did. you seriously need to learn the facts of history here.

mastery of conflict resolution? he backed down from any aggression especially from the cccp.

he did NOTHING for civil rights, and he didn't champion anything except getting some on the side.

are you high or just misinformed here?

  • JFK hardly "backed down." He showed force at the wall in Berlin via massing troops & tanks; he placed our military at full nuclear alert in the CMC causing "the cccp" to back down (READ YOUR HISTORY) & thru strength was able to peacefully negotiate a settlement even while the CIA & JCOS did all they could to make the conflict go hot. And if you read his June 11, 1963 address, his use of U.S. martials & his Civil Rights legislation proposal (passed after his death) yes, he CHAMPIONED that cause.

  • he closed us military bases overseas to placate the cccp. he did not show force. he almost made a nuclear war with his preemptive war strike policy. he backed down.

he never (READ NEVER) made ANY civil rights policy. Eisenhower did a hell of a lot more than Kennedy EVER did.

  • FYI, Clueless: Ike did almost nothing. JFK ordered U.S. Marshals to protect Freedom Riders in Alabama in 61, called in the Natl Guard to ensure Jim Merediths enrollment at Ol Miss in 62.

On 6/6/63 he proposed legislation to guarantee equal treatment of every American regardless of race in voting rights, public accommodations, school desegregation, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs, & more - passed in 64. Your claim that he placated the Soviets is laughable. You know NOTHING.

  • @WALRU11 Kennedy was largely ineffective as president. Proposing legislation is not the same as getting it enacted. He was weak at Vienna in dealing with Khruschev. His aura of weakness gave the Soviets the encouragement to build the Berlin Wall. He traded away our missiles in Turkey in exchange for the Russians removing the missiles in Cuba. He did virtually nothing in the area of civil rights. He was in Texas to mend political fences. I doubt he could have been reelected in 1964.

  • @mindspring57 FYI, JFK had the best legislative passage record since FDR's 1st term: of 53 major bills sent to Congress, he won passage of 33, more than Ike achieved in his final 6 yrs. He was not "weak in Vienna." Khrushschev, with a 4th grade education, was intimidated by Harvard honors graduate & Pulitzer prize winning historian, JFK, who created the myth of K's bullying to seek passage of his programs by emphasizing K's threat. The Turkey missiles were obsolete. (More to come)

  • @mindspring57 JFK's June 1963 address was the 1st time the moral authority of the presidency was placed behind black civil rights since Lincoln. JFK appointed 40 blacks to sr. fed positions (5 as federal judges.) His Justice Dept filed 57 law suits against local officials for obstructing blacks who wished to register to vote. He assured full integration of the NFL by pressuring the WA Redskins to end its racial segregation, created the CEEO & required all firms with fed contracts to impose EO.

  • @mindspring57 lol, Such a typical American republican lie, like a rug! The fact is your weak Republicans had no one against Pres. Kennedy and you know it, the actual numbers show that by November of 1963 that President Kennedy was in favor nationwide for re-election!, Everybody loved him and his young wife and kids in the White house, he dreamed great things for America that will never come to be because of an assassinations bullet on the sunny day in Nov 22,1963 in Dallas Texas USA Bless him!

  • @DavidHenesy As I recall, as of the last Friday before his death, JFK's approval rating was 58% (Gallup), but it was Johnson, not Kennedy, who got the legislation enacted. Kennedy could not lose Florida and Texas, which is why he was there in November. The Republicans' problem is they nominate extremists and blow opportunities. In 1964, Goldwater was considered so extreme he carried only Arizona and 5 (Southern) states. In Arizona, Goldwater got only 50.45% of the popular vote.

  • @WALRU11 Showed "force" at the Berlin Wall? I am sure the Russians were trembling in their boots. The Wall stood for another 27 years after the great show of "force" by Kennedy? And in that time, the Soviets killed dozens of people who tried to escape.

  • @visitor4400 Even if we assume that every JFK vote in Illinois was fraudulent, that would have resulted only in moving Illinois' electoral votes into Nixon's column, and Kennedy would still have won the election.

  • fuck nixon..he was a crook and a lier! kennedy..a president who was a good man and left a legacy NOONE can touch...kennedy bitchslapped nixon

  • how was kennedy a good man exactly? he stole the election with his daddy's connections, cheated on his wife, and backed down from the ussr?

state some facts please or resign yourself to merely not knowing history.

  • @visitor4400 yes kennedy had some baggage and by no means am i a democrat or an obama supporter (RON PAUL 2012!!!!) but you cannot deny that kennedy began gaining a sense of himself not anticiapted by daddy's connections and was the first and last president to go against the grain in a long time. he began the process of abolishing the federal reserve. shortly after that he was assasinated by someone who HAPPENED to be a former marine with marksman awards. you can't deny that's fishy.

  • Nixon was a sociopath. That's why he failed.

He was a great campaigner but holding office means you have to deal with a lot of people.

    He had enemies lists.

He hired the plumbers to "plug the leaks" and they broke into the Watergate hotel.

He was paranoid, so he taped every conversation.

    Sociopath.

  • WeLL Said!

  • J.F.K. lowered taxes, downsized the government, and was one week away from doing away with the C.I.A. That my friend is what a republican does....(Should have been doing). I'll stick to my story JFK was more of a Republican than a Democrat yet now a days it's hard to even tell the difference between the 2. It seems like a person just picks D or R and does whatever he want's. It's all gone to hell and peoples view's are extremely distorted do to the confusion.

  • That was a BAD move...you don't fucking mess with the fucking CIA, Mr. Secrecy-is-repugnant! Stupid, stupid. Brave and stupid.

The modern version of a democrat is pathetic. So is the modern version of a republican. They're both disgustingly twisted versions of their former selves. Kennedy would have to run as an independent if he were here today.

  • cripto hell yeah so thats why he was pres in 69 in d.a.h.2

  • Kennedy may have ran under the democratic party.... BUT that does not mean that he was a democrat. Look at the things he did. They where all to support the peoples right with less government. That's a republican in a mask. McCain was the same way just the other way around. And if anyone is wondering....NO! I sure as hell would not go for Obama!

  • You have a woeful misconception of John Kennedy's political beliefs. Read "A Nation of Immigrants," "The Strategy of Peace," "To Turn the Tide," "The Burden & The Glory," "Profiles in Courage," & "Why England Slept." JFK was 100% a Democrat in the tradition of the party's founder, Thomas Jefferson, as well as Jackson, with elements of Wilson & FDR. He has NOTHING in common with today's G.O.P. Such comments as yours are precisely why I am writing a book on his political philosophy.

  • haha,you guys are priceless.

give it 55 years from now, you'll be claiming obama as a conservative republican.

  • WHat does tHat Have to do witH anytHinG? JFK and obama are notHinG aLiKe. JFK Knew wHat He was doinG obama does not.

  • Last time I checked Socialism wasn't uttered in Republican circles

  • The reason Kennedy won all those debates was because he was a good public speaker. He had a good public appearance. Most Democrats do. Typically, the Republicans aren't good public speakers. In terms of the election, the Mafia helped Kennedy also. I forget how many people were registered in Chicago to vote in 1960, who were actually not alive. Kennedy was also more popular because he was seen as a "good guy" to most Americans.

  • i agree he was one of the best public speakers in history. He had a great way of making you feel like he was talking only to you.

  • thats bogus just because kennedy won the election because of his makeup come on people what were the Americans thinking back then,in my opinion nixon with or without his "makeup" should have won the election he had experience and was brillant. If he was elected in 1960 I would not think he would be assasinated like kennedy

  • he would not have been assassinated, you are right. But that is becasue he would not have done anything to advance the new frontier. Kennedy was not afraid to stand up for his policies and in the end he made the ultimate sacrifice.

  • Kennedy was killed for a number of reasons. He knew about the military-industrial complex taking grip of America. He wanted to withdrawal all U.S. personnel from Vietnam by the end of 1965. He screwed up the Bay of Pigs invasion by refusing air support. USSR sent nukes to resist another invasion. He promised to never invade Cuba again. Mafia lost alot of business interest as well as other Americans. He wanted to cut a deal with the USSR regarding the space race. He was dangerous to U.S. money.

  • The CIA disliked him for his policies on Vietnam. After the Bay of Pigs he fired Allen Dulles, Richard Bissell, and Charles Cabelle - all big name guys in intellegence since WW2. He was having affairs with a number of women, including Mary Pinchot Meyer, who was the wife of Cord Meyer, a CIA operative whom E. Howard Hunt named as a perp in the assassination. He cancelled Op. Mongoose which really upset the Mafia, CIA and U.S. business interests. He lost alot of people money and power.

  • Haha thats better than i expected. :)

  • FOr those of you that dont know, makeup was used for the presidential debate, Kennedy had his on perfect, but Nixon refused orginally thinking that it would make him look girly or that it got out he wore makeup, then he found out Kennedy did and he had makeup put on him with less then a minute before the Elections. 60% of America felt Nixon won the vote, but over 80% that watched it felt Kennedy did.

  • every documentary i've ever watched has said that kennedy didn't want makeup. That he refused, and nixon heard him say that so he also refused. he was sick and he looked pale on camera. that is what i always heard.

  • this is what i heard: he refused makeup from an individual offering to do makeup in front of nixon, peer pressuring him into not using makeup. however, when kennedy went out on stage, he had makeup on.

  • SC9500: JFK outpointed Nixon at every turn & handily won the debates. The reason why a number of radio listeners favored Nixon owed to the 1960 public's inherent wariness & prejudice against JFK's regional Boston dialect vs. Nixon's well-modulated mainstream California voice. JFK's appearance compensated for his lack of a mainstream voice which is why viewers rendered a more equitable judgment & awarded him the debates. Nixon looked like "a mental ward escapee" as CBS's Don Hewlitt later said.

  • Weird.. But Funny! JFK Must have been such a great president. It's a shame he was assasinated. God Bless JFK!

  • To be perfectly honest, now I love Kennedy, but he was so calm in Nixon-Kennedy debates because he was taking medication for his back I believe, which unintentionally put him in a relaxed state. Nixon was sweaty, hadn't shaved and looked a darn sight uglier then that handsome JFK.

  • Back then some people listened to the debate on the radio. When the polled people back then the television viewers said Kennedy won the debate. The Radio listeners said Nixon won the debate.

  • Yes, It is true that ppl watching said JFK won and those listening widely said Nixon won. Kennedy's charisma came out on TV and his Boston accent was heard on the radio. Nixon was actually a much stronger candidate, but Poppa Kennedy pulled strings in Democrat dominated regime in Chicago and stole the election. Then unbelievably the Kennedy Bros went after the mob when in power. Guess who won.

  • In 60 Nixon asked rightwing NY journalist pal E. Mazo to launch a press frenzy alleging vote fraud & Sen. T. Morton to demand recounts in 11 states. Aides Finch & Hall field-checked votes in 12 states via U.S. Attorneys, FBI, grand juries, lawsuits & appeals to state election commissions, but found more G.O.P. fraud than Demo fraud. Nixon conceded. Political scientist Ed Kallinas 1988 study of the IL recount proved the state fairly won by JFK, despite gross G.O.P. irregularities downstate.

  • As president, JFK indicted & convicted more mob figures than all other presidents combined. Nixon, as prez, wrote more Executive pardons for mafiosi than any other Chief Exec. But Tricky Dick owed his career to mob associates, from 1947's Mickey Cohen, to 1960s Rosselli, Giancana, Marcello, & Hoffa. FYI: the mob did NOT kill JFK, who was killed by a coterie of rightwing CIA, JCOS, FBI, SS, & Wall St/Oil oligarchs using expendable mob hit men & ambitious pols (LBJ & Nixon) to cover up the coup.

  • Bingo. You hit the nail right on the head. I applaud you.

Also, Giancana was RFK's archenemy during the Kennedy administration...no doubt he was doing somersaults after he was assassinated..."Want help with your career huh Dick? Hated that little bastard of an attorney general you say? Well, them you're on, pal!"

  • You mean 24%

  • eh eh eh!!! :D

  • why cant someone do this video the right way and show nixon talking and then show kennedy talking so the people can really see the difference. it wasnt as much nixons face that bothered people as his face NEXT TO the handsome kennedys.

  • Wasn't it because Nixon was all sweaty with a 5 o clock shadow? That's why Obama and McCain demanded A/C over their heads in tomorrow's debate.

Well, that's what MSN. Com said.

  • I just wish George Bush could run again. He has been an inspiration to me these past 8 years. Thank you Bush for 8 wonderful years of service to this nation. Our Grandchildren will one day build the biggest statue of you in your honor 100 years from now and kiss the feet of that statue in gratitude. Thank you so much.

  • Ha ha! Very funny! Hilarious! The worst disaster in U.S. history and you allege to applaud him. As I know there is NO WAY you could possibly be serious and sane, I applaud your great put-on. Very funny.

  • This face changing is phonominal. Its a greatly funny. I had to see it several times. Doesn't Nixon, appear as if something is really wrong... he is about to get his head ego killed ehhhhh iicck. How would you like to go on tv thinking your going to win, and suddenly turn into a zombi, because your suddenly over your head...sad. But these are lessons for us to indure to be better people.

  • he was sick when he went on

  • goofy video but short and sweet.

  • Kennedy was a gorgeous man hunk. Just a big, sexy, fun to watch, eloquent man hunk. durrrrrrr.

  • dumb video.

Nixon lost because Kennedy knew how to look pretty on TV. This was the first election in the 'modern era', where the actual issues don't matter.

Daley's electon-day games in Chicago probably didn't change the outcome anyway.

  • Daily rigged the vote in Chicago.

  • Again: In 60 Nixon asked rightwing NY journalist pal E. Political scientist Ed Kallinas '88 study of the IL recount proved the state fairly won by JFK, despite gross G.O.P. irregularities downstate.

  • The election was totally free and fair and no fraud occurred... especially not in Illinois.

  • the pnacs funded his death ghwb

  • Bush won because he stole the election.

  • So Did JFK, John Q Adams, and Hayes to name a few. We dont elect presidents.

  • Kennedy was a lying, cheating bastartard. I don't like JFK (his legacy) and I don't like the Kennedy's in general. But I would never want a President, no matter how terribal, to go the way he did. Awful for the Kennedy family and awful for this nation.

  • Wow, than I guess you must HATE the living hell outta Bush

  • Kennedy may have been unfaithful to his wife (as was Harding, FDR, Ike, LBJ, and others- and remember, Reagan was a Hollywood player & divorced for it), but JFK was a loyal patriotic American who operated the presidency as representative of all the people. and was killed for his fidelity to our interests as opposed to warmonger corporations, CIA assassins, & mafia interests. I suggest that your antipathy is the result of his "posthumous assassination" by media disinformation specialists.

  • WALRU11, you are right on! Kennedy was a war hero also. Bush and Cheney nothing but draft dodgers who sent thousands of real heroes to their deaths to further their criminal agenda. One of the main reasons for JFK assassination, he was going to abolish the Federal Reserve. He was already printing Treasury Notes backed by the gold standard which is what our economy is SUPPOSED to be based on. Read G. Edward Griffin The Creature from Jeckyll Island. Federal Reserve is criminal!!

  • @WALRU11 why would u jump to the conclusion that our own govt was responsible for his death. When there could be hundreds of other reasons out there, thousands of people who hated his guts and wanted him dead. Why choose the CIA, our own govt? That seems a bit naiive.

  • @LordKaisen Having devoted roughly 46 years of my life to a meticulous examination of the facts surrounding his death, I am hardly "jumping to conclusions." The CIA & factions of our own govt eliminated JFK & RFK for their opposition to the war machine & its covert ops enablers. This forum & its limited format preclude proper exposition, but I know with certitude, who killed them, how, & why.

  • Thats my mother in law!!! Richard Nixon ate her!!! That bastard!

  • win

  • pointless

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA this is true

  • That was weird.

  • what the HELL was that

  • lmao

  • lmao

  • lmao

  • ROTFLMAO

  • wat does rot mean?

  • Rolling On The Floor Laughing My Ass Off
