Interesting, I have never come across noises like these before on video footage. Has the camcorder made this noise before or after the event at all?

As a certified paranormal investigator,I can honestly say I don't know what to make of this...the noises are strange indeed.I had to listen several times for the voice with my headphones on.Yes,I believe I can hear the voice...this could be a classic evp (electronic voice phenomena)...with the noise and voice,I believe to be something paranormal.Thanks for sharing.!
