I found a speed calculator online. If the bungee is aprox. 20 yards long I timed it from the snap and its aprox. .5 sec. that means that cord "spanked" this deserving guy at 85mph. I think it was faster than that though. So if it was a fourth of a second the speed would jump upto 163mph. OUCH!
