The driver is back in jail and getting over ten years. The trail is almost over and to the comment about me getting hit not at all. I moved out the way and shot when the vehicle was heading towards several pedestrians who were in the road. My firearm was not taken and I dumped one full mag with 9 bullets and reloaded with a ten round mag. Two of the multiple victims were in critical condition.
Did the security gig for sometime and found that this line of work pays so little for the crap thats dealt. Its 99% pure boredom and 1% terror. These actions rarely happen but when when it does its terrifying.
I am a armed security officer and you are right no one respect are profession, cops go to the trouble and know what kind of situation they are getting into by the code of the calls.security officers has to wait and find out as it unfolds right in front of them
That's a very good point i never saw it that way, also its important to remember that security doesn't have the city, county, state etc and police officer union to back them up, there is a lot of liability in the security field.
Yes, it is, it looks like they took his gun first thing? His holster looks empty while he's explaining to the police what happened. Wonder how that works since obviously he can't work without his weapon.

I like to see security come out on top. Security is dangerous work that no one respects.
