@wadetalon not to take away from the awesomeness of the scene, but it definitely looks to me like he grabbed the bag from the head side and dragged it out that way. He probably did, and when they made it, they probably figured no one would notice. Who knows.

Found out something interesting. This is actually the edited version of the kill. In the original theatrical version, she was slammed against the tree multiple times and the bag was covered in blood. I can understand why they edited it, I find it funny that they never released the original version on dvd despite the craze to do so now days
