IAEA always said that it is impossible for Iran to produce nuclear weapons.
Bush and Cheyny not only censure the IAEA but even lie about their reports and positions trying to provoke the peaceful Iran.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is well structured, well instrumented and well respected to verify any country from A to Z.
The IAEA not only continuously audit the uranium handling in Iran but they almost control the stock in Iran.
Even if Iran were to have hidden concentration plants the IAEA could still detect them by measuring very small istopes concentration in the environment.
Concentrating uranium for nuclear power plants is one thing, getting it to 95% takes 10 years.
