Previous, I posted that I hadn't heard the original song... I just watched Gabriella Cilmi's version of the song, and to be honest, I like your version better. Her voice is very throaty; she tends to swallow her notes, which in my opinion sounds terrible (Shakira does the same thing). Good job showing up the original artist =)
