I know this is cheesy but when I listen to this I go back in time. When I thought road tripping to the beach was my 'big adventure' and pretending I was a pokemon trainer with my friends and we'd watch disney on saturdays.

i miss disney on VHS tapes and coming home from school and watching Kim Possible and That's So Raven and on the weekends when they had toonhouse Disney and you watched the episodes based on the little mermaid and aladdin. He aswell had a brother and sister who was in high school along with him. & there was scenes that just taught us how to be yourself and aswell as other things Best show ever. This is the best version of Circle of Life I've ever heard in my life and it deserves enormous critical praise. The folks here from Disney Channel from Raven to Hilary Duff and even Kyla Pratt are really talented. They did an awesome job with this song for the Lion King DVD. I'll never forget you guys and thanks for the memories while you were on Disney Channel.

While a cover should be respect for it's difference from the original, when Disney started doing away with the Legacy established classics and more into the brain-dead idiocy of mainstream pop, I started to care less and less.
