i don't feel really angry about this(or maybe just me) because i wont totally blame them for killing the dogs. It is just the way they 'treat' the dogs kinda rough. At the same time, i will blame the nearby community. If you want a dog, for what ever the purpose it is, take care and keep them properly. Letting the dog having their "own world" outside of the house, definitely this will happen. So, stop pointing and commanding each other, do something to save them.
