David Beckham may be playing with the LA Galaxy, but his heart and mind are always going to be with United. Always. Other than trading in his family, he would trade everything to be back with United and he probably would tell you that if he trusted in you. He was a great guy, but the media was getting too hot for him and he couldn't be a great football player. If he had to do it over again, he would trade in the spotlight to go back to playing for United especially his best mate Gary Neville
I agree David isnt the best ever to play at united, but with united being the club they are that is a very difficult title to award single player,united are only consistently good because of the team performances. David began his career @ united & will always hav united blood, he will always b regarded highly by united & football fans because he is a gr8 footballer,
despite the emphasis on his spot kicks he is a great all round player & was a good england capatin, he is without a doubt a true footballing legend & is up there with some of the footballing greats.RESPECT

i guess your entitled to your own opinion, even if it is completely wrong. I could list about 20, maybe more players who were alot better than beckham at united. e.g. is he better than george best? quite obviously not.
