classic games are awesome but i thinks its more for the nostalgic appeal but honestly for the price and for what we get, i honestly believe our current generation is the best... i remember paying $60 or begging my parents to back in the 80's for an nes game that sometimes was good and sometimes was crap... and that $60 adjusted for inflation would be much more than it was today...

But that doesn't mean that there are not challenging games still being made, nor does it mean the game is bad. Video games are a multifaceted work from multiple people with different interpretations on one general concept. To judge a game by difficulty is indeed ignorant.
