You're better off exposing yourself to those germs actually, if you don't build immunity while you're young, you could have serious health problems when you're old.
There was a study on the immune systems of germophobes, they found that they were extremely weak compared to dirty peoples'.
@eyewarnedyou Why does everyone have to give me crap about the gloves? I guess people like you would prefer the black shit from all the coins all over your fingers. Sorry if I bothered you by trying to keep my hands clean.
there was a long line at my local grocery. i waited 5 min. then, i bought something and a lady gave me the change. so i found a wheat penny! guess what? it was in 2010 at canada!
nickels before 1964 arent worth anything, their just worth 5 cents, their not made of silver. lol. It's only i think nickels from 1942 to 1948 that are made of i think 30 percent silver.
@JOSE9864 Yep I know I just like them because they are older than most of the ones you see out in circulation. They made nickels with 35% silver from 1942-1945.
All of the nickels are worth 7 cents by bullion weight. The pre-1982 real copper pennies are 3 cents. Take the clad coins (dimes, quarters, halves) back to the bank and get rolls to search for real silver.
@methevas2 I metal detect a lot! It is really fun! My other account is called RecoveringRelics and I make metal detecting videos. I can't metal detect now because the ground is frozen.
@TheFatduck123 Thats cool that you have that much but why are you saying what I have is nothing? These are just some of the coins I found in my change not my whole collection.
@CoinRollHunting You aware that pennies are no longer made of copper? Ones 1982 and back are 95% copper and ones after 1982 are 98% zinc. Copper prices are soaring and are at record levels and still rising. With the current price of copper at $4.27, the pre1982 cents are almost 3 cents each. Go to the website coinflation which shows the value of the metal content of coins from pennies to old silver coins such as the pre64 dimes and quarters. I would start holding on the pre82 cents!
@fdgebad5 They are both worth what they were made to be worth, but, if they are in mint condition, they could be worth a couple dollars depending on the condition. The ones in the video aren't worth anything more than a quarter and a dollar.
@detectingupstate No. After I was done going through all the change, the fingertips of the gloves were yellowish brown. I didn't want that on my hands.
Nice collection. The 1958 penny looks in really good condition. Nice video too! Were you using a magnifying glass to zoom in? If so, thats a great idea!
i found a 1958 and its really old the back is really different
