the middle frame of the bike stays still,

the way its built it allows the wheel of the bike to roll sideways whilst the mid where batman sits stays still- nothing out of the world there, jus some simple physics.

there is mostly likely a ball and socket b4 each wheel which can make it roll straight but still roll sideways... think of it as the ball and socket in ur shoulder that can make u roll ur arm but still keep ur body in a fixed direction... hope that helped :)
