I also believe, as a former police officer, in the rule of evidence. I am by no means saying that the evidence has ever been perfect in this case, but it is the evidence that we have. Barring new tangible, physical evidence, I accept the conclusion of the weight of the evidence.

Had Oswald murdered his brother, based on the evidence of this case, I have not doubt that he would have been tried, convicted, sentenced, and electricuted. The evidence against him for homicide is that strong, I assure you, even by today's standard. That is my "opinion" of the evidence, I should say.

I also believe, as a former police officer, in the rule of evidence. I am by no means saying that the evidence has ever been perfect in this case, but it is the evidence that we have. Barring new tangible, physical evidence, I accept the conclusion of the weight of the evidence.

Had Oswald murdered his brother, based on the evidence of this case, I have not doubt that he would have been tried, convicted, sentenced, and electricuted. The evidence against him for homicide is that strong, I assure you, even by today's standard. That is my "opinion" of the evidence, I should say.

I have followed it from young, to an old man, and I have been on both sides of that fence. Capt. Will Fritz was in charge of homicide in Dallas, and in this age I see holes in his investigation.
