I still need to watch the rest of the video's on this, but i would like to say congrates on your wedding & having children :) I really appreciate you posting this as it is a good lesson for any other farang contemplating marrying a thai lady in LOS.
Bride is beautiful & her gown is awesome !! and James, your tuxedo is killer too, both custom made?
@NOOOQUARTER Thanks for the comments, seems you know more about what was happening than my wife. At the time she couldn't speak the local language. By the way as I write this I am sitting ar thesame table as in the vid, Still living in the village and no plans to leave at least untill the kids have to go to high schoo;. Jim
Martin, I never been to Patpong. Only saw Nana once . Not why I go to Thailand. The country is immaterial. The place in general is wonderful, but also rigged. Statistically, it is a bad bet. I hope things work for you
I've seen several Thai weddings. For me to get married(again) this would have to be a BIG step as I wouldn't know what to do me being a Farang. Wai, bowing, sinsod, etc.....
Having been to Thailand 9 times. I know several people that went through the Thai ceremony. Unfortunately so much seems pre-organized and designed to extract as much as possible from the falang. Give to the village, give to the family, give to the "church", etc, etc, etc. It is too rigid. Hard to separate Customs from religion. I love buddhism, but the way they force it on people in Thailand is a bit off. I hope this fellow is happy and it works out well.
@gk10002000 - why so negative about a country where you have been so many times?? Makes me wonder what you go and do there each time... I bet you spend more money in Pat Pong and Nana than thai people to their family and temple
good luck. ignore the ignorant cretins that are so prevalent
