  • good work

  • Screw all the fancy gym boflexes and smith machines. This is what makes you tough, rusty, old, heavy weights, the weather being hot as hell or cold as hell, either way you suck it up. It takes alot to train like that! Strong as hell as always! Good lift!

  • @Fx4Ranger2002 My thoughts exactly training at home is the best! We have box fans for summer and thermals for the winter lol thanks for the comment

  • Are you a bodybuilder or into strenght cause you would look mean if you were cut :)

  • @dksteven1 Im more into powerlifting than bodybuilding I used to be very cut back in my 20s I weighed around 215-225 now im over 250. My metabolism has slowed since then lol I was a hard gainer when I first started.

  • how long you been lifting for? and i know i said this before on another video. but thats my kinda gym!! only use barbells and dumbells now!!

  • @Mr17bodybuilder I have been lifting close to 15 years off and on the last 5 years I have got more serious with my training and diet

  • hey, how much do you weigh- i'm trying to gain

i think your great by the way-insane strength

  • @gymuscles I am around 250 pounds thanks

  • This outdoor gym...*tear in eye* tis beautiful.

  • @LexingtonLanePlummer thanks lol

  • Still at it wrath killer video man.

  • @PublicEnemyx0 yep thanks

  • good work buddy

  • @CHAlexReinhard thanks

  • Killer work Tom! You're a pulling monster! This is getting me inspired to get back deadlifting myself.I gotta blow the dust off my trap bar lol

  • @HHH396 Thanks buddy I would like to see ya doing them again they really are a great exercise! with that grip of yours you would have no problem getting some big numbers.

  • That's interesting, you can do more with the trap bar than the regular bar, even though with the trap bar you can't do sumo....is that normal? Also, I noticed you wrapped your knees for deadlifts, I've never tried that before...do knee wraps help you with deadlifts as much as they do for squats?

Good job big guy, you're a beast!

  • @oratorman I have always been stronger on the trap its weird I think it puts your lower back in a better position at the start. My knees are really sore right now I did a few sets of squats & stopped and went to deadlifts I dont think they would add any on deadlifts they was lightly wrapped for support. Im thinking about buying a pair of inzer knee sleeves I have a pair for my elbows & they work really well.

  • A bull of a man. Dino lifting at it's best!

  • @berean73 thanks I love the heavy compound movements squats & deadlifts are the best!

  • @berean73 "dino lifting"? Are you calling Tom a dinosaur?? Or did you mean he's as big and strong as a dinosaur? lol, I seriously want to know what dino lifting is!

  • @oratorman I am refering to Dinosaur Training from Brooks Kubik. He is all about working out at home. Lifting hard and heavy. Compound movements, heavy weights, progressive resistance. All natural wieghtlifting, not worrying about the "pump", but building functional strength. Everything I see Tom doing!

  • @berean73 Okay, cool, that's good to know. For a second there I thought you were calling him old. Cause where I'm from if you want to insult an older guy you call him a "dinosaur", so when you said "dino lifting" I interpreted it as "old man lifting at its best!", and I was thinking "hey that's not very nice!"

    Sorry for the misunderstanding :P

  • That's true power for a big man! Strong work

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert thanks Rob

  • nice work man, big ass shoulders.. a true backyard warrior.

  • @fivefingerbp98 thanks buddy
