@Strong2256. Best advice is not to take iodine with green juices because many greens, especially spinach, chard & others, contain oxalates and phytates which block absorption of Iodine. Take Iodine two hours before or after the Iodine.
Thank you for this video. I know iodine is necessary. I have a question. Why do they say not to take with green juices. I can't seem to find that answer anywhere. They just say Do Not Take With Green Juices
You aren't cautioning folks with hypothyroid NOT to take iodine as it is scientifically shown to trigger hashimoto's thyroiditis. You should. You are giving general advice and most likely guiding some people to activate an full blown autoimmune disease.
@alphaditto You need to review the information at iodine4health to find the latest information on Iodine and the Iodine project which began in 2001 which has since helped thousands of people with hypothyroid issues...Iodine they have found also is not just for thyroid anymore. Full body saturation is helpful in reducing cancer, heart disease and more. Be sure to listen to the audios by the doctors conduction the research.

if you weren't selling a product, you'd be a lot more credible...
a) how does one measure the current level of iodine in the body?
b) what are good, healthy levels of iodine in the human body?
c) how much iodine is too much?
d) what are the side-effects of too much iodine?
