Those women look like they're dying on stage, they starve themselves and they don't seem to realize or they JUST don't give a fuck about having such a bad influence on female teens. Stupid pathetic and selfish human beings, they don't eat and get sick for being the flat asses thootpicks you see there. Too many girls have died because of anorexia. Stop it, is not even sexy. A woman is supposed to have curves.
@Truejusticevoice Shut up you ignorant shit. Some of the girls are naturally skinny and most of them are all for accepting your body shape. "A woman is supposed to have curves", it's just as rude calling someone too skinny as calling someone too fat. Take your narrow-minded views elsewhere.
Shut the fuck up. Most of those women do look like shit. A majority of the runway models look like 12 year olds. It's seems as if the gay designers in the fashion world have a problem with women looking like women.
Why is the world of fashion obsessed with women who look like 12 year old boys and girls?
@drbayoms A 'woman' doesn't have one shape. If they are fat they are a woman and If they are skinny and 12-year-old looking they are still a woman. Models are more graceful looking and therefore make the clothes look better, and before you say some bullshit about clothes on anyone would look graceful; if you saw a fat deer it wouldn't look as graceful now, would it.
There is a difference between fat and curvy, you dumbass. This shows the ignorance that is locked in that pea sized brain of yours. There are plenty of women who are curvy, but are FAR from fat. . It has nothing to do with the clothes, and everything to do with the sick culture in fashion. A culture that wants a woman to look like a prepubescent child.
Instead of hiring these sick looking models, just put the clothes on a hanger. That is what these models look like anyway.
@drbayoms You pretty much just summed up my whole point retard. They hire them because they are human hangers and make the clothes look the best. A curvy woman would take away from the clothes. If you haven't noticed yet the whole industry is pretty much about clothing.
1.)What a dumb ass you are. You believe WRONGLY that a curvy woman would detract from the clothes. Secondly, you believe that the only reason these designers choose these "human hangers" is due to the clothing. You are very ignorant and naive. You probably believe that curvy means some exotic dancer with huge implants or one with a humungous backside. Again, your ignorance.
2.)If these designers (men and women) were not as frightened of (dare I say it) breast. Or maybe not afraid of legs that are not the same size from the thigh to the ankle. You would have more attractive models on stage. Literally, from the THIGH TO THE ANKLE there is very little (if any) change in size. Not healthy, and unattractive.
3.)Also, designers believe in using other areas of the body to add to the clothes, idiot. If it is true about "taking away from the clothes", than there would be no need for "themed make up or hair styles" for the models. Shut up. If you like these anorexic looking zombies, fine. But do not purport to be the white knight standing up for woman. Assholes like you (regardless of gender) are actually a detriment to young girls and young women's self esteem.
@drbayoms How could you possibly know of what I perceive a curvy woman as? You and your views saying someone is "too skinny" and "unattractive" is TRUE ignorance because you don't know how hypocritical you sound, promoting your curvy girls yet shunning the "anorexic zombies", then saying I'm an asshole towards young women and their self-esteem. What about the naturally skinny young "anorexic zombies", do they not count? It's and art, the hair and makeup add to the beauty of it, dumbass.
I see you are either too stupid or too far up the ass of the fashion industry to tell the difference between being born SLIM, or being coaxed by designers into a "certain look". Which is just code for being unnaturally skinny. I know plenty of slim/slender women, GORGEOUS WOMEN. Not these walking contradictions to women's beauty. Women with legs so devoid of form, shape or density that you feel as if they are going to snap in half at the first misplaced step.
Most of these women ARE NOT naturally skinny. Actually take the time to look at their shapes. Either you are a 12 year old girl (are you wish you were) or you are quite stupid. These women look disgusting, and they are continuing a long tradition of signaling to young girls the wrong message about how their bodies should look.
There is a reason the designers do not want these GROWN WOMEN to look like grown women. And it has little to do with "artistic intent".
@drbayoms Since you seem to know what everyones place in the world is, I will make my own assumptions about you. You're probably a fat person who says "I'm curvy" with low self-esteem. If you were so content with yourself, why would you come on this video just to say how disgusting the models are? It's possible to be super skinny and healthy you know and "grow up"? You're the one who is putting down a whole demographic of people. Stop replying your points are moot, It's like talking to a wall.
Nope, not fat at all. I also am not a roid head with chemicals pumped in my body. Beauty is far more than some waif thin model with body issues who is discouraged by her handlers from putting anything with protein in their mouth. The Kate Moss-esque look. Pull your head out of the fashion industry's ass. Enjoy the clothes and the talent that creates it. But stop with the over glorification of the seedy side of this industry. Pull your head out of Vogue mag once in a while.
You are simple, and not bright enough to know the difference between slim & frail. Since you felt the need to psychoanalyze, let me take a stab at it. I gather you are one of those people who is not very fond of women to begin with. So any resemblance of a sexy/attractive/fit woman (you know, women without pelvis bones protruding through their skin) makes you cringe. Gee, I wonder why? Actually no need to wonder. You & I both know why. Don't we?
@drbayoms I was the one who was originally saying that all women are women, regardless of body shape. You were saying that models are not REAL women. Now you say I'm not fond of women at all. Strange... even if I were gay, I'm still better at arguing than you are.
I never contradicted myself. I stated quite clearly (for those with the proper amount of chromosomes to see) that a HEALTHY slim woman is beautiful. An unhealthy skinny/anorexic looking woman (like Joan and these runway zombies) is DISGUSTING.
I simply realized I was speaking to some gay guy who is a little unnerved by the sight of breast and curves. Please do not be a coward. If you can find a contradiction in my words, send it to me. Otherwise, shut up.
@drbayoms Alright, well to begin with you are homophobic - pure ignorance, yet have the audacity to call someone else ignorant. You place all value on what Joan Smalls looks like and not her personality and seem to suggest that the models have less curvy physiques because all the designers like little boys. Seriously, are you fucked? You say you love and respect women, yet you seem to hate skinny FEMALE models - straight contradiction. Joan is healthy, slim and probably nice. Fuck off.
That's it? That is the supposed "contradiction"? Dumb ass the entire conversation was about appearance. Did you miss that? You are reaching because you over stepped and made yourself look like an ass. The entire conversation was about appearance. Now you bring in personality? So is it equally disrespectful if someone (who does not know Joan's personality) talks about how beautiful she is. After all they totally did not take into account her inner beauty, right?
You sound stupid and scatter brained. Joan does not look healthy. Her legs are frail, not slim. There is a difference between frail and slim. Your entire rant was a waste of time. You saw an "attack" on someone whose pictures you probably have taped to the vanity mirror in your room and then tried to come to her defense. How pathetic. Love yourself enough to know that a few curves will not hurt you. The Calista Flockhart look is not healthy for ANY WOMAN.
My comments have been consistent. I want women to be healthy, not fat. And definitely not "skinny". Which seems to be some "cute" little word that stupid people use to some how compliment each other. Not even realizing how dumb they look.
@drbayoms I don't know why you cannot understand that people that slim can be healthy. Talking about someone's beauty is positive. The world doesn't need people like you who come to these videos just to spread negativity. I love it how you know things about me that I don't know. Fuck off, a few curves may work for some, being skinny may work for others. Some people have faster metabolisms and gain less weight. Deal with it.
@drbayoms The other dude was just saying why they choose the models. Not once did he put down the non-slim women. You on the other hand are just super negative towards them for some stupid reason. If they affect you that much then do something about it, crying behind your keyboard isn't solving anything.
"Models are more graceful looking and therefore make the clothes look better, and before you say some bullshit about clothes on anyone would look graceful; if you saw a fat deer it wouldn't look as graceful now, would it."
This is the EXACT quote from "the other dude" as you so eloquently put it. He is clearly saying that "fat deers" would take away from the clothing. So you have no problem whatsoever with him calling women "fat deers"? But I am the hypocrite?
This alone shows me you are not that bright. The only one emotional here would be you. You were so affected by my comments on Joan you decided to play 'Captain Idiot, protector of the frail and sickly'. But you did this without ACTUALLY comprehending what I was saying. Your hero ("the other dude") DID insult so-called "fat women".
Return to your one daily meal consisting of a Starbucks Latte, Skittles and a Bran Muffin. Do not forget the breath mints for when you regurgitate it in the toilet. I am curious to here the excuse you will try to make defending "the other dude" and his disrespectful comments. But I doubt you have the guts to admit you were wrong. You aren't big enough to do that (no pun intended).
@drbayoms Why do you keep personally attacking my intelligence and persona? It's quite petty. He was giving a simple analogy that a slender deer is more graceful looking then a fat deer in regards to what the clothes look like on different body types. Slimmer body = more flowing, graceful looking clothing. They made it simple so you could understand. That's pretty obvious.
You truly are pathetic. Whose the hypocrite again? First you claim that all shapes are beautiful, elegant. Now only the "slim deers" are more beautiful, more graceful, more flowing, more worthy of being on that stage. That's quite a stretch of "the other dude's" very obvious words. So women who do not have pelvis bones protruding through their skin are not as "flowing" as the women that do? These women are not slim. Slim alludes to some muscle tone. Skinny does not.
Skinny and Slim are 2 DIFFERENT THINGS. Joan IS NOT SLIM. She is SKINNY. SKINNY IS NOT HEALTHY. You and the other idiot seem to think I am talking about some Lane Bryant model vs. these Zombies. Do you not know there is a lot of room in between those 2 extremes? No, he was NOT suggesting what you are claiming he was. And I think you know that. He (just like you) seems to believe that anything "bigger" than those waif thin, washed out models on the runway, are fat. And that is sad.
@drbayoms When did I (or he for that matter) say that a bigger person isn't as beautiful? Gracefulness and beauty are two different things. Stop assuming that you know what I think is beautiful. A curvy woman can be beautiful just like a skinny woman can be beautiful. You're the one who can't accept that. Some looks suit different people, that is just the way they are born.
Some looks suit different people, that is just the way they are born."

Maybe you're right. Bones protruding through the skin & legs that are equal in size from the pelvis to the knee is "healthy". After all there is nothing wrong with legs that look like 2 PVC pipes with $500 shoes strapped to the bottom of them, it's only "natural". Well said.
"The way a person looks does not determine their health."
Really? You are certifiably the dumbest person I have ever encountered. Keep worshipping these zombies. That does not change any of the accurate statements I made to you or the other idiot whose ass you temporarily have your head in. Looks ARE certainly ONE important way of determining health. Whether in people who are obese or with people (like this zombie) who are unnaturally skinny. Please STFU. That was a dumb comment.
