Uhm lol. dont have your xbox standing up mate and having it on the rug isnt good either. That all together will also make it hotter. To many things on a xbox like that is like having a blanket on it. Try this solution, take the front covering off then the bottom of the xbox, it should have alot of wholes in it, take that off put it in a place to where it isnt crouded make a stand even and lay it DOWN not up. and put it near an air condition or anything that will make it cold

no, figure out how much air the 2 original fans pull out, then add 2 fans to push in the same amount or slightly less, then you will have excellent cooling airflow. on the other hand, if the 2 new pusher fans push in more than the pullers expel you get a posivite pressure and then yes it will get hotter than not adding fans.

You shouldn't put fans that blow air back into the 360 because it blows hot air channeled out by the internal fans back into the CPU causing the wires to snap and giving you a brick of an Xbox 360.
I'm still own my Xbox 360 and It's a Xenos (The oldest available 360). It used to be my main 360 but now its just a backup. I also own a Zephyr which I am now using as my main. I also own a PS2, there is a big jump in graphics between the two (notice the lighting and the shine the 360 has in some of it's games).
it has more games but that dont mean shit when they all suck....what good games? FPS like "Halo" and "Gears" BOTH OF WHICH SUCK...ur probably like 13 and an xbox is all your mom would buy u

I did the one that's all ghetto with duct tape about a year ago. This summer I'd play Cod4 for 8 hours at a time and I had no trouble at all. I fucked up the wiring and the fans shut off for ten minutes and I noticed it during a piss break. I connected the fans back up and the air coming out was like when you turn on the fan in you car in the summer, and in 5 minutes it was room temperature. It just looks ghetto as fuck.
actually this works as long as the outer fans are stronger(pushing about 30cfm each or higher) but will put more strain on the external fans having to blow through the internal ones and pull the air along those.
man i tried using a 5v supply and it was too slow...so i cut a pc power cord and tried using 3 wires (green white and black) and smoke rolled...i dont got a voltometer...but theyre 12 volt fans...were anyway...Dx
go to newegg or another computer store, get a pair of Silverstone 80mm fans, wire them up and mount the fan controllers to them. They're 80mm with 120mm performance(or get the 120 versions), they're white(matching color), and probably fit the size of the 360 a lot better.

the xbox it's self has a bad case on it to begin with and if you mod the case to have a mesh casing then wouldn't it get a lot of dust in the system. i just run it on my A/C vent and it's never hot or even room temp. it's about 70-75 degrees. it's always hot here in my town anyway.

1....intercooler came out where it plug in to the back of the console and was made of cheap plastic and burned VERY BAD 32% safe
2.....Intercooler EX came out and solved some problems by putting a metal plug that was safer to use 93% safe to use
3.....The new intercooler ts (temp smart) quieter than previous models and is 100% safe to use because it has it works on its own ac adapter

man i tried using a 5v supply and it was too slow...so i cut a pc power cord and tried using 3 wires (green white and black) and smoke rolled...i dont got a voltometer...but theyre 12 volt fans...were anyway...Dx

go to newegg or another computer store, get a pair of Silverstone 80mm fans, wire them up and mount the fan controllers to them. They're 80mm with 120mm performance(or get the 120 versions), they're white(matching color), and probably fit the size of the 360 a lot better.

the xbox it's self has a bad case on it to begin with and if you mod the case to have a mesh casing then wouldn't it get a lot of dust in the system. i just run it on my A/C vent and it's never hot or even room temp. it's about 70-75 degrees. it's always hot here in my town anyway.

Dose it matter what wire you put the positive and negative wire on the power cord all you said was connect the 2 positive and 2 negative wires. I do know that I cant connect them both to the same power line I just need to know if it maters of what one I need to add them to. Also can I use any normal computer fan or any top brand computer fan?
