Oh my lord!!! the bit at 2:05 first time i did it all that sequence worked fine up to getting the MKII now everytime i try i get spotted! Been doing it like 30 times now and spotted every time yet first time worked perfect.

In my game (EU version), the enemies are at different posistions in almost every try, and they are looking in different directions every time, i dont think i could be bothered to keep exiting the game and loading it up every time i make a mistake or i get seen simply because its almost never the same scenario, there are sections that are easy to do, but even on those sections there will be one time when the enemy will be looking toward you as you run the route shown in your video.

this is complete bullshit. you BUMPED INTO the enemy, RUNNING (which the enemy should have heard but didn't) and the enemy didn't notice it. and you grappled an enemy, THROWED HIM DOWN TO THE GROUND IN FRONT OF ANOTHER enemy, and he didn't notice it. try playing the original game of MGS4 :)

when you shoot the barrel it makes a distraction & you can bump right into that enemy & just keep running. just try it yourself because i can do exactly what he did i wish i could put it on video to prove it

Pretty easy to explain, The Soldier was looking at the area the explosion happened, he bumped into the back of him, knocking the Soldier forward, and by the time he had ran, the Soldier couldn't see him.

And the second one, the other soldier was looking slightly in the other direction, he flipped him and the Solider didn't see.

Pretty easy to explain, I just don't think you've ever played a MGS game because stuff like this can be done in all of them (Not counting NES).

I'm having trouble at the 1:57 mark where I have to roll past the opening. I always get spotted by the guy on the right behind the fence either as I run to the corner or when I roll. I tried waiting by the pillars for like 1-2 seconds before moving and it works. I shoot the guy walking down the alley and cqc him when he goes to the boxes. Then when I move to the right side I get spotted by the guy in the fenced area on the left.

You could've just be friends with the militia and not need to sneak by, give one of them a ration. The first guy in the tunnel don't give it to him cause he has goods on him, give it to one of the other guys then the militia will be cool and you won't need to waste time getting the outfit and everything or need to waste bullets. Wicked speedrun though yo. When you give one of the militia's a ration, it won't be considered that you used the RATION!

between 2:05 and 2:10, just after you knock the guard at the crates out, how do you manage not being seen by the guard scouting on the left near the buildings? I would assume it is because you get there quicker than I do.. But I'm curious as I've not been able to get through this part using your technique and I'd like too because first of all it kicks ass and second, well it saves a crap load of time.. Thanks!

The first title says that you have to kick the can on the ground to distract the soldiers. You won't get interrupted by the scene where the tank rolls in then, which is why he can just run past it at fullspeed.

The second note says that you must not shoot until you walked past the door (right before he shoots the barrel which explodes then).

I forgot the further ones since I can't read chinese myself. My mother translated them for me. But they are actually hints and things to consider.
