  • there not confussed there just biorn in teh wrong body

  • ok the somewhat dramatic music when shes showing her room is ridiculous, i hate how they try to make it seem like this is a terrible thing

  • Doesn't this prove that at an early age that the Gay/Trans in inherently infused within people from the beginning..Seriously.

  • Why is the title gender confused kids? Thats a little insulting, when they feel strongly that they are transgendered or want to dress a certain way.

  • @kingofhearts2691 - I think it's insulting as well because we know from an early age what our gender is mentally. We aren't confused, we are just terrified of coming out because of people that want to push us to be who we aren't.

  • You're all selfish, small minded neanderthals.

  • if he wants to be a girl, let him be a girl. nothing wrong with being transgendered.

  • @KeraBrodey shut up fag

  • @Gaffer213

Mind your own business you child

  • in my day all it would take is an ass kicking to stop this behaviour

  • @kthem no u wounldt, u think ui would now but back then i garente u would still do it

    thats how kids are

  • @kthem you can't...some people are born that way who cares...don't be a hateful prick...

  • I think it's good that all this is talked about now.

  • I totally agree with Dr. Phil's statements and questions.

  • That woman is using her child. It's despicable.

  • I'm confused. Is the child a boy or girl?

  • @PrinceMuffin Yeah

  • its bcuz your calling him a she and letting him be that way... and you wonder?

  • I used to feel as if I should have been born a boy; but then aside from my mom, I had no female influnces.

  • LOL Swedish subtitled ftw.

  • MANGIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINA

    SHEEEEEEEEEENIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS

  • wow confue\sed they are NOT CONFUSED the where born with a girl brain and a boys..stuff and vise versa

  • COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa humans are animals you idiot if you say were not then how?

  • NoGods...That still didn't address the question. Ok say that IS true. People have just "adapted" to blend in with society. If it was normal the way "science" or whatever someone wants to call it- intended it to be then why can't homosexuals reproduce? It's not like a hetero person who is infertile (this is just a small % of the hetero population) but NO homosexual can reproduce. Not male or female. The whole homo population would die out w no way to reproduce. Not normal.

  • @COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa It actually IS normal. Humans are part of the animal kingdom, and often revert to primal ideals, especially during such things like intercourse. There are hundreds of species who engage in homosexual activities without dying out, such as American Buffalo. Since science deems humans animals, and other parts of the animal kingdom engage in homosexual acts without abnormal predicaments, homosexuality in humans is normal.

  • @Contessariley Well then ok I guess it's normal for male animals to butt bump each other but what about the females??? What do THEY do ??? lol never seen two female animals be "gay" together....say what you want but it's nasty. Male & female bodies fit together. Pole & pole don't. Did you have trouble w that game that you try to fit the shapes in the correct hole when u were a baby?? lol

  • @COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa There are as many gay animals as lesbian animals, and I could go into detail about their "mating" processes, but,YouTube has videos for you that could explain better than I. Nasty is an opinion, and heterosexuals often engage in the same sexual acts that homosexuals do, it involves the posterior for those with IQs lower than 100, and "poles" as you so crudely put it, fit there just fine. There is more than one way to achieve the "goal of intercourse."

  • @Contessariley lolololol....yeah ok so explain how "lesbian animals" have sexual relations.Hmmm ?? Don't believe that's possible. And the "posteriooooooor" is where waste comes out NOT to reproduce in. lol yeah hetero couples do that too but I don't think that's what your butt's meant for do you?? oh and btw "poles" do NOT fit there just fine!! kind of a tight squeeze don't cha think?? Yeeeah bc it ain't meant to be there.

  • @COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa

Actually most female koala bears are "lesbian". .. it's not a joke. , it's true. google that shit:)

and btw. you must have some horrible sex if all it is to you is"pointy thing fits in hole".

  • @Contessariley Also...and this is my last statement..There are animals that kill their mate after having sex.So is it ok for us to do that too? We are HUMANS not animals. There im fineeeeeshed:)

  • @COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa

so those hetero couples who can't reproduce shouldn't be allowed to be with someone they love either, because they are inferiour and unnatural too?:D

  • @AadalenMassakren What I wrote was that it must be unnatural bc not one single homo can reproduce.Yes there are hetero people that are infertile but that's not EVERYONE or even a majority...

  • @COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa Nothing that occurs in Nature is unnatural.

  • i would be shocked but i would always love my kids

    things like that dont matter

people who think its sick or not right etc need to go fuck them self's

  • princess...what I find strange is that people that do not believe in a God, especially those that believe in evolution, will toss science aside in a moment when it suits them. I don't know if you are an evolutionist but think about this. If homosexual people were "born" that way then evolution made a HUGE mistake seeing that no homosexual can reproduce and therefore the entire homosexual population would die out if left to "survival of the fittest" It's not normal- By God's standards or science!

  • @COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa: Silly, we just adapted over time to blend in with society.

  • God, my true Father affirmed me and continues to affirm me as His 'boy' his 'son'. Since in many respects I felt unloved and abandoned by my biological dad, he wasnt around much. God says he will be a Father to the fatherless. If we cannot see the problems of our time in light of divorce, abuse, and fatherless homes. Then we are missing it.

  • @Yeshuamyhope I am glad God was the answer to your gender confusion, but for so many young ones with gender dysphoria, it is not something that can be solved through the 'forgiveness of Christ'. There is a canyon-sized gap between emotional confusion because of attachment to mom vs. dad, and feeling in every cell of your body that your mind and soul are completely the wrong match to your physical being. It's not something you can be talked out of or 'redeemed of' by God.

  • @princesscynthialynn I did felt like I wanted to be a girl with everything in me, and that others saw me as a girl. I thought others saw me as a girl. I thought at one point I was going to grow breasts. Did I have normal, correct thinking based in reality? If God is eternal and all powerful, then changing my heart and mind is not too difficult for Him. The gospel is about forgiveness and redepmtion, but also making us a new creation, transformation in the inner person by the Holy Spirit of God.

  • @Yeshuamyhope You were confused. These children are not. There are children who's environments and circumstances lead them into crazy emotional and mental states (like you), and that is an emotional disorder that revolved around your fear to be male because of your dad. Then there are children who are not confused, but are sure, that they are in the wrong body. These children's minds cannot be swayed like yours was, and a denial of their insistence would result in suicidal behavior.

  • @Yeshuamyhope When it comes to these children who cannot be swayed, who aren't just having emotional confusion.....Which is better, a happy, healthy, comfortable child, or a depressed, suicidal, self-loathing child? (Put your beliefs aside on what God's opinion on transgenders is while you answer that question).

  • @princesscynthialynn my beliefs are my reality, and that is why I didnt take my own life, believe me I experianced a lot of hate, harassment, and rejection from my class mates along with my own fear,self-loathing, confussion.Only by coming to know and believe God loves me and created me for a purpose did I overcome this, and am now blessed at and at peace within myself. I did need a lot of love, I needed affirmed in love and in my male identity. Thank God I had ppl in my life who wisely did so!

  • Well in that case imagine if kids were just allowed to do whatever. maybe a child or person has a sexual attraction to animals?? Is that normal also? When does something become not normal then? Not trying to be funny but I would also like to know where this child goes to the bathroom at school. Boy's or girl's? This child has the hormones of a BOY, the GENITALS of a boy therefore HE (not she) is a boy! The parents & this child need therapy.

  • @COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa In all age groups, cultures, tribes, societies, generations throughout the entire human lineage, there have always been X number of transgenders. These people knew that the body they were given by nature/God was wrong according to how they felt inside since they were young. How many people over how many centuries have to have felt this way for you to consider it a "normal" thing? Whether you acknowledge it or not, being transgender is not "inappropriate". It's very normal.

  • Christianity = cargo cult.

  • Comment removed

  • @MatthewDavine darkness will hate the Light and slander the truth.

  • @Yeshuamyhope why is it always the so called "Christians" who are always cyber baiting and the most antagonistic towards people with a different point of view? Maybe you should pray about that.

  • Peoples pronoun use is horrible!

  • "Less then 20 percent of transgendered children become transgendered adults" Where is he getting this statistic? 78 per cent of statistics are made up on the spot.

  • wow, shes super brave to talk about this issue on national tv

  • I'm a MALE, and I'm gay. I don't want to be a girl, and I don't act like the stereo typical gay. I've even had people tell me they didn't even consider that I was gay. Who cares?

  • This is so wrong... This is a BOY!! God does not make mistakes!! Gosh now hes gonna grow up like this because they didnt stop it from the beginning!!! Stupid parents.

  • @391cookiemonster

    WRONG!

Never was a boy... it's a girl, born into a male body. In fact, she was to be a gril, but, you know that when we're still inside the uterus, what happens is that our gender can change, right? But sometimes, it wasn't do be so, the change shouldn't had happened because we were already a boy or a girl, but it happened... now, as you see the case here, you're born with wrong body.

  • @BenunoKagaho That is the most irrational and ridiclous thing I have ever heard! I had gender identity disorder from a very young age and it came from emotional and psychological problems from issue with my dad. I didnt want to be "bad" like him so I didnt want to be a boy and I wanted to just like my mom. God created me to be a man, and I am at peace with this, and now a husband and father!Growing up with a lot of rejection, confussion, fear, but thanks be to God in Christ Jesus I have overcome

  • @Yeshuamyhope This is the victory that has overcome the world: our faith. Who is the one who overcomes the world? But he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

  • @Yeshuamyhope Emotional and psychological problems with your father? This is what 'Christian' psychologists told you. The rejection confusion and fear would have never been a problem had you been allowed to live the way that your brain told you that you were. No one twisted your arm and told you to believe you should have been the other gender did they? No, they twisted your arm and told you that it was against nature and WRONG to think the way you did. You bought into it and denied your nature.

  • @princesscynthialynn I never did see a psychologists Christian or otherwise of any kind. No one twisted my arm at all. My mom at one point even got me a doll. But when she asked why I wanted to be a girl I said, "because men are bad" My dad was abusive to my mother in front of me.My whole reason for NOT wanting to be a boy was skewed by my MISCONCEPTION of men.I had to face my own fears about being that man and issue with this, through seeking after Jesus and trusting my heart to Him at 20 yrs

  • @Yeshuamyhope If that was the case, then you can't relate to these transgender children's cases at all, and have no right to speak as someone "who was there before Christ saved". Your situation is nothing like theirs. These are not children who are confused by daddy issues....they are children who have been brought up in very normal family situations with clearly defined and healthy gender roles and yet still insist they were born in the wrong body. Many even become suicidal or try to mutilate..

  • @Yeshuamyhope their own genitalia. They are VERY serious about their insistence that there was a mistake at birth, they aren't just emotionally confused. Force them to live as their birth gender would do great harm to their psyche. I understand your situation better now that you have clarified it, thanks. But again, yours is nothing like theirs and even though you had issues with gender confusion I think it would be wise to stop applying your situation to theirs when they are on another level.

  • @Yeshuamyhope And deep down I'm sure you wonder how life would have turned out if you would have had accepting parents, counselors, church and community as many of today's lucky transgender youth have. They are free to grow up to be happy healthy adults without needing a religious bandaid in Christ, that you needed because you were guilt tripped into thinking you were somehow wrong for feeling convinced you were born into the wrong body.

  • @princesscynthialynn I dont need 'religion' iself, I need with everything in me, the living person Himself of my Savior the Lord Jesus Christ, and the salvation he brings. The love of God is better then life, the Lord is my hope and joy and reason for boasting! God causes us to one to love each other too to practice love in our good deeds to be a blessing to others. This is the will of the Father

  • @391cookiemonster The only thing wrong here is your attitude! There is no such thing as God for one.. and if in your reasoning there IS a God and he doesn't make mistakes... then the way he is right now is the way he is meant to be! Why do YOU think it is wrong if 'God' doesn't make mistake. It is YOU that thinks it is wrong, NOT God "if he doesn't make mistakes'!

  • @willowbranwen What the fuck you misguided asshole? THERE IS A GOD! Something happened to you growing up as a child, so think TWICE before you deny your father! !You can burn in hell for all I care! God doesn't make mistakes! Cuss me out if you want to, but I'm gonna stand up for God and that goes for all of you misguided twisted assholes!

  • @dreamspire91 Oh and how the fuck do you even know @willowbranwen? How do you actually KNOW there is NOT a God?

  • @dreamspire91 God doesn't make mistakes? Tell that to Juliana Whetmore, a little girl who was born without a face. For the rest of her life, she will have to live with the result of the horrible twisted mess that genetics bestowed upon her. You, like most Christians, say sin is the cause of deformities and diseases in the world right? But are you against her getting reconstructive surgery to appear more normal instead of looking like a monster? Apply the same concept to TG's born in wrong bodies

  • @willowbranwen There is a God. You can think and reason, that is because of God. Do not use your reasoning as an excuse to reject God. Reason indeed points to God, look at the order, consistancy in math and the laws of nature, and the complexity of even a single cell. The vastness of the universe. To reason that everything came from nothing is irrational.

  • "The way someone is" can be messed up. Sin, usally misdirected love and affection from what is good and right and pleasing to God. People lie, steal, cheat, slander, hate, violence, abuse, sexual perversity, adultery, greed. humankind under the curse of sin. Jesus came to be our Savior, to save our whole person, even our bodies will be raised up and all creation will be set free from the bondage to sin, death, and decay. If we turn away from evil(repent) and follow Jesus (faith and confessing)

  • this shit is wrong on so many levels

  • Also, the title of the show - "Gender Confused Kids" - is a bit insensitive/mistaken, I think

  • @Pikukat I am not a gender confused child. I am simply trans.

  • @twihardrule Yeah, I didn't think it was accurate. I actualy thought it was dumb of Dr. Phil to title the show as such

  • @Pikukat It was dumb of him. He is quite insensitive.

  • Swedish (?) subtitles?

  • What wonderful parents! Their little girl is so cute

  • Oh no!! People are Trans?!!!! Get over it.

  • Fuck if they were my parents is be transgender too. Climbing trees and playing with cars? What kind of interests are those?

  • @cjrosa6 Lol.

  • @cjrosa6 Yeah, pretty much all the girls I knew growing up climbed trees and played with cars and most are now heterosexual run-of-the-mill women.

  • To support Drhver.. Gender Identity Disorder will now be in the DSMV the "bible" for psychological/behavior diagnosis. It's controversial, but yes it is considered a mental disorder.

  • no wonder children are gender confused with all the GENUS BS, and feminist influese like "gender is just a social construction". when this is presented to kids of course they get confused

  • @MakeAGameWithMe Typical mainstream human concept of gender IS a social construct. ie- Blue is for boys and Pink is for girls. So if anywhere on the planet a little Girl loves the color blue then she is behaving like a male?

  • Respond to this video... Just let kids be themselves and everyone else for that matter.

  • @TheWiindigo So if a kid that is fat wants to eat more candy even we know it will just make her/him fatter, we should just let her/him?

  • Why do they focus on random audience members throughout the interviews? Like at 0:35, 1:18 and 5:16. Are their stares somehow relevant? Never understood that.

  • I don't understand why there are 'questions' and 'concerns'. Children should be loved for who they are. Teachers should protect children at school who are different and teach all children about understanding and acceptance. Unfortunately this is not happening.

  • @MatthewDavine Children should be loved agreed. The children dont know who they are! I have been confussed in this way, its scary and you need love and direction in truth. Not to encourage them in confussion and falsehood. Children should understand and accept who they biologically are. There is obviously something phsychologically and emotionally wrong when a boy says, "I want to be a girl". Get to the root of the issue and direct them in truth and love. I myself was a boy like that.

  • @Yeshuamyhope I disagree. There is nothing psychologically or emotionally wrong with a boy who says he wants to be a girl, or a girl who says she wants to be a boy. Children should be allowed to express themselves freely without fear. The root of the issue is prejudice, and fear of physical, social and psychological harm by the community. What does "direction in truth" mean? Or "encourage them in confusion and falsehood"? Who decides the truth?

  • @MatthewDavine I had this issue in my life so it is irrelevent if you agree. The truth is that the biological reality is. Your giving me a bunch of useless liberal regressive garbage I do not accept this. What determinds a male or female, biology, now science doesnt matter?

  • @Yeshuamyhope Biological reality? What defines that? Genitalia? What about hermaphrodites? Are they doomed to be out of God's will forever since they are biologically both genders? Here is biological reality for you: we can prove in laboratory testing that a woman's brain wave scan appears distinctly different from a man's. Transgender women/girls who have biologically male bodies at birth exude distinctly female brain patterns when observed in brain wave scans. What do you make of that?

  • @princesscynthialynn Biological reality, Hormones, Cromosomes, Organs. I thought we were talking about a boy wanting to be a girl. But since you brought up hermaphrodites. God does not condemn anyone for genetic disorder. The evil desire and behavior they give themselves over too is what condemns us and why we need his mercy and Salvation. Whatever our biological sex, God calls those who are His own to be sexually pure and chaste.

  • @Yeshuamyhope Ok, with the hermaphrodite example. How can they be chaste and pure if they don't know which gender they are? They have to identify with one or the other to be able to acceptably pair with a lover in holy marriage before God correct? What if they choose the wrong gender? Are they out of God's will? It's BS. If God can allow genetic mistakes with genitalia, he can allow them with the brain cells that define gender. And by mistakes I don't mean purposeful, I mean genetic mutations.

  • @princesscynthialynn Hermaphrodites are far different then transgender. They have a physical and gentic disorder. Though,I thought, they were still XX or XY. If they dont know then they should be chaste, do their sexual parts function? People dont need sex, though they do need love. They can be loved by family and close friends deeply. God has called us to be sexually pure. Many have lived celebate and committed whole self devoted to God. If we could do this on our own we wouldnt need a Savior.

  • @Yeshuamyhope We only need a savior when we see ourselves as worthless wastes of flesh who can do no good of their own and who have nothing good to offer humanity of themselves. I think the root of your issue is your emotional problems which caused you to have a massive lack of self-worth later. This void had to be filled by something positive, and you chose Christ because he promised redemption for such a lost pitiful child as you. Not all choose this path, there are plenty of other positives.

  • @Yeshuamyhope All I ask is please don't judge others because they don't follow the exact same path to happiness and inner peace as you did. Not everyone is so desparate and downtrodden as to need your view of salvation. Your situation is not theirs, and for you to say that unless they do as the scriptures (you believe are absolute truth) tell them to do then they are somehow not children of God and deserving of hell by being out of his will by defying the way he created them to be is just WRONG.

  • @princesscynthialynn There are many lost and troubled souls, people are looking for hope and love in all the wrong places, look around depression, suicide, drug and alcohol abuse, many sex partners, bisexuality, homosexuality, greed, prostitution.People are seeking for love, when only God can fill the longing in a persons heart, and heal the hurt. I hope for you and all who read this can know this.Grace and Peace.Jesus is merciful, Jesus will save, if we turn to Him, and call on Him for mercy and salvation

  • Wow, swedish tv-channel. unusual to find on youtube.

  • @767Sandie It's not really unusual to find videos related to Swedish TV channels on YouTube. Perhaps you were just not looking for them - Do a YouTube search for: " swedish television channel "

  • Also you cannot change x-chromosome in to y-chromosome and the other way around.

  • The boy/girl at 7:50-8:00 said the truth about transgender its all in the mind. Which mean this should be treated as mental disorder.

  • The boy/girl at 8:00 said the truth about transgender its all in the mind.

  • Oh Dr. Phil don't you know statistics are made up on the spot? tsk tsk tsk

  • Dr. Phil is an over-rated joke. What the fuck does he know that any other doctor doesn't...

  • Mom clearly has issues. Put the cookies and chips down and behave like a parent, you fat monster.

  • The kid is also obese. I bet the father sexually molested the kid.

  • The father is clearly a closeted homosexual, and the mother a basket case. No wonder the kid is fucked up.

  • when i have a kid they can be a fucking teenage mutant ninja turtle for all i care as long as their healthy and happy

  • @crookay123

Yeah, if the kid thinks he's a turtle, that's probably a clue he's not healthy. Dumbass.

  • have countless supppressed psychological issues because we aren't being our basic natural selves anymore. Why do you think adults are on average so much more mentally unstable than children? Why is adult depression so high and child depression unheard of? Society slowly twists us in more ways than this, and each time we stop being ourselves we develop mental issues. Transgendered people just conflict with the social norm a little bit more than the rest of us. There is no transgender gene

  • @waldoman7

Yeah, let's all be children again, and shit our pants, and eat only candy and sugar, and refuse to clean anything or do any work. That'll work out well.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer

Clearly not what I'm suggesting. If you have a real argument you'd like to make my ears are open.

  • @waldoman7

Learning to fit into social roles is called being human. It's childish to imagine that you can just eliminate that and turn all human life into the transitional period of early childhood.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer

I never suggested turning life into childhood. I simply pointed out a few aspects of the AVERAGE adult psychology which are harmful. There is nothing inhernantly adult about mental issues...or at least let us hope not. Children provided a good contrast.

Learning to fit in to a degree is neccessary to function in this world, however you should never let social roles influence your concept of yourself. That is extrememly harmful.

  • @waldoman7

You clearly understand nothing of how personality works if you think it's possible to "never let social roles influence your concept of yourself." What do you think you are, if you are not a combination of the roles you play? Humans would have NO concept of themselves outside of social roles and identities.

  • I have the uniqueness of my personality and the power of the deep drives of my soul. I am great because I am true to myself and I don't give up. That is enough of an identity. That is reason for pride. Social roles are silly. How can you define yourself by roles that you share with millions of other humans? That is not unique.

I admit that it is very difficult to keep social roles out completely, and it's possible I've not fully succeeded, but it's a goal worth striving for.

  • @waldoman7

Yeah, there's nothing unique about you. Fifty zillion other dopes just like you running around talking about how unique they are, when in reality they all like the same shitty music, watch the same shitty TV shows, buy the same shitty consumer products. Spare me your childish fantasy. "The deep drives of my soul," my arse.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer 'when in reality they all like the same shitty music, watch the same shitty TV shows, buy the same shitty consumer products.' But not have the same morals, religious and political convictions, they just happen to like things which other people also like.

  • @thomaseshuis

You mediocre people DO all share the same morals and political convictions. You think you're an iconoclast b/c you're not a right-wing Christian? The homosexual lobby is FULL of identical clones with exactly the same political values, exactly the same morals, in addition to the fact that they all listen to the same shitty music and have the same bizarre sense of what clothing to wear. You flatter yourself when there's no evidence to support your individuality.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer ´You mediocre people DO all share the same morals and political convictions´ Sorry but you´re making a complete fool of yourself now. There are right-wing people who consider themselves unique and there are people on both the left and centre sides of the political spectrum who make these claims.

All you do is make outrageous claims about waldo, me and people ´like´ us, without providing any evidence for these ridiculous claims.

  • @thomaseshuis

Yes, there are lots of cardboard characters coming from all of the accepted stereotyped political positions in the US, which you just named. Real thinking individuals cannot be classified in any of those political stereotyped positions you just uncritically presented. I'm neither on the left nor the right. A stupid label that fits a drone like you is not adequate for encompassing my positions.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer ´The homosexual lobby´ What has homosexuality to do with this all of the sudden?

Or are you one of those 'gay agenda' conspiracy cases?

You know nothing about my stance on homosexuality or on any other (political) issues, your constant baseless ad-hominems are making you look like a complete fool.

'in addition to the fact that they all listen to the same shitty music' Really? What music do I listen though then?

  • @thomaseshuis

Go educate yourself, cretin. It's not my responsibility to get you up to speed.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer 'Go educate yourself, cretin. Childish remarks like these really show your inability to participate in an intellectual debate.

'Real thinking individuals cannot be classified in any of those political stereotyped positions' I did not mention any specific stereotype, I only mentioned sides on the political spectrum. I'm done debating with you, you fail to provide evidence for any of your assumptions, yet continue to pile more and more of them.

  • @thomaseshuis

You listen to shit music. I don't even need to know the specifics. You've already revealed yourself as an inept drone; inept drones have no capacity to appreciate art and flock to aesthetic rubbish like flies to feces. The conclusion follows from the premiss.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer ´You listen to shit music. I don't even need to know the specifics.´ Just as I thought, your just spewing your baseless assumptions about other people, without providing any evidence for your claims.

´You've already revealed yourself as an inept drone; inept drones have no capacity to appreciate art and flock to aesthetic rubbish like flies to feces.´ Another baseless assumption, you´re only fooling yourself here.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer ´The conclusion follows from the premiss.´ What premise would that be? You just seem pile assumption on assumption, without proving any of them.

You know nothing about my tastes, morals or views. You're committing the ad-hominem fallacy over and over.

  • @thomaseshuis

Premiss: You are an inept drone

Premiss: Inept drones have no capacity to appreciate art

    Conclusion: You like shitty music.

    Deductive reasoning, cretin.

If you know something about real music, let's hear your thoughts on the late Beethoven quartets. Oh, but you don't know what those are, do you?

  • @Pizuzuzimmer 'Premiss: You are an inept drone

Premiss: Inept drones have no capacity to appreciate art

    Conclusion: You like shitty music.

    Deductive reasoning, cretin.

If you know something about real music, let's hear your thoughts on the late Beethoven quartets. Oh, but you don't know what those are, do you?'

Since you failed to prove I don't appreciate art (which I do), your entire argument is flawed and your conclusion false. Knowing the rules does not help, if you can't apply them.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer 'let's hear your thoughts on the late Beethoven quartets. Oh, but you don't know what those are, do you?' Actually I do know, they found some thrown-away work of Beethoven, which he assumingly did not like.

I have however not heard them yet. Even more, I do like classical music, but it is not the end-all of culture or art.

  • @thomaseshuis

In the language of your YouTube mob semblables, FAIL. Total fail.

    Inept drone. Q.E.D. Good-bye.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer 'In the language of your YouTube mob semblables, FAIL' Simply stating fail does not make it so. You have to actually back it up with counter-arguments or evidence. Since you've failed to do that so far, the only fail here is you.

'Inept drone.' Not only is your deduction a non-sequitur, you failed to prove either of the premises, thereby making your entire ad-hominem false.

  • @thomaseshuis

Son, it's not my job to teach you about Beethoven. Go pay somebody for your education. Hope you have a lot of dough.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer 'Son, it's not my job to teach you about Beethoven.' Your ad-hominem attacks are pointless, again, neither Beethoven nor classical music is the epitome of culture and art.

You are making it sound like you are someone unique and above the masses, which is exactly what you're arguing against. Maybe you should rethink your strategy.

  • @thomaseshuis

Unique? Hardly. But certainly far above you and the rest of the plebians like you.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer You´re either a troll or someone who´s just made a complete fool out of himself. Whatever the case, I am done with you.

  • @thomaseshuis

If I'd made a fool of myself, I'd have wonderful company here in the land of cretins and fools. But, of course, what I've done is just point to what is already apparent to any intelligent person: that you're a pathetic herd animal.

No one's keeping you, baboon. Back to the zoo already.

  • @waldoman7

If anything, you're the prototypical cardboard cutout American drone with that nonsense of "I can elude social classification and roles" horseshit. Every other American, especially the young, stupid ones, thinks they are completely original creations, with unique skills and talents, "great" while others are mediocre. I see your kind every day; you're all just like one another, and you are the definition of mediocre.

  • There is something unique in everyone who takes the time to see it in himself. If you define greatness by social accomplishments, then yes the overwheming majority of us are mediocre. I do not. I see a beauty in humanity that is beautiful just for being what it is and needs no outside validation. Material accomplishments aside, we are all capable of greatness.

It is true that so far I've hardly made a mark on the world. Maybe in a few years that will change. Maybe not. Not really the point

  • @waldoman7

You clearly don't understand the meaning of the term 'greatness.' By definition, if you have done nothing, you are not great. You are mediocre. Own it. A good indication of the depravity of this society is the stupid idea that "everyone is above average." No, everyone is not above average. Exactly half are below average.

  • @waldoman7

Real wisdom and intelligence requires recognizing the limits and the rules of the game one is set here to play. This bizarre idea that the social world has no hold on you and that you owe it nothing is the most irresponsible, narcissistic horseshit imaginable. Society and culture gave you everything you are.

  • If that were true I would be nothing. I would simply be the sum of the influences of my environment. I would be merely a part of a larger entity rather than an individual. If we are indeed put here by an inteligent force with the purpose of playing some social interaction game, then the intent of the game would seem to be to make us forget who we really are

Do I have a debt to society? don't know. don't care. My only objective here is to help people anyway. Selfish goals are self weakening

  • @waldoman7

You're not smart, are you? "the sum of the influences of my environment" does not equal "nothing." And only a narcissist would talk of being "merely a part of a larger entity." All life on the planet is "part of a larger entity," and individuals matter little in that perspective. There's no "intelligent force" to put us here. We are manifestations of the physical laws of the universe, just like rocks, sharks, and viruses.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer

you said "game one is set here to play". That implies an purpose to life and an inteligence setting it in to motion. I tailored my argument to appeal to the idea. Turns out you're sort of the opposite of the christian type you'd seemed. It is a strange and common hypocrisy of atheists to keep getting tangled up in notions of the intent of why we're here. You seem to make the natural world your god and give it undue glorification instead of being true atheists.

  • @waldoman7

The natural world is all there is. It isn't a matter of making it god; it's a rational move to recognize that its strictures determine everything in our lives.

  • @waldoman7

It's generally the LEAST unique, LEAST talented, LEAST outstanding dolts in this society who are most charged up about their uniqueness, their greatness, and their talents. Truly great human beings recognize that they owe everything to factors outside their control, and they don't consider it evidence of their 'greatness' that 'they never give up,' as you just foolishly said. In that frame, one-celled organisms are equally great. Congrats on your accomplishment.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer

I'm not saying that never giving up makes me greatER than other people, but I do still value it. It is only one small part of what I'm talking about anyway.

These people you refer to who accomplish little and try to glorify themselves and put others down are simply people who do not have ANY identity. They lack both a social identity and a self made identity. I will grant that a social identity is better than none at all.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer 'Truly great human beings' also recognise that no individual is a clone of the next. Which is what waldoman is trying to say. You keep selectively reading his comment and trying to bash him for trying to not be simple sheep.

  • @thomaseshuis

No, they don't. The greatest humans have all recognized that the vast majority of people are interchangeable sheep. You and waldoman are among them, whether you know it or not. There is indeed nothing more CONFORMIST in contemporary American society than the ideas about 'everyone is above average, no matter what they do, as long as they think they're above average' that waldoman has been blathering about.

  • @thom

The vast majority of people do BEHAVE like sheep. Again, I have never claimed that everyone is above average in the sense of material accomplishment or even in the sense of intellect or enlightenment. I simply claim that we are unique, and that I see a beauty in that.

You seem set on having a fit everytime someone suggests we're more than a 7 billion piles of dog shit. If you're just dead set on pessimism and hate due to something that's happened to you, well I can't help that.

  • @waldoman7

You're not unique. Physically, you are basically interchangeable with the other members of the species. The only other way you could be unique would be in the ideas and values you hold. You've already revealed that on that level too you are a herd animal, part of the trivial American politically correct dimestore relativist clan.

  • I see. So the only way to be unique is to not believe in being unique? Are quick dismissive judgements part of it too?

You don't have the slightest understanding of my philosophy. You've simply taken one or two pieces of shaky evidence and used them to lump me in a category you created because that's easier than really thinking. I don't expect you to understand what I see in humanity, but to dismiss it as simple cultural influence is very foolish in light of how little you know of me

  • @waldoman7

You don't have a "philosophy." Mediocre people are incapable of even using this term properly. Mediocre people believe trite foolishness that they've digested from the vulgar street or the mass media or, worse, their stupid parents. Or from some cretin of a 'teacher.' People who generate philosophies are the serious few. You have vulgar beliefs. You don't have a philosophy. You're undoubtedly never even read any.

  • @Pizuzuzimmer

I share your disdain for the brainwashing influences of media, parents, etc. I built my philosophy from the ground up based on logic. Really, this is an incredibly ironic situation. There's never a moment when I'm not thinking about philosophy or related subjects on some level. True I haven't said much that is original thusfar, but neither have you. I've heard your song before more than once, and if I chose to I could classify you too.(cont.)
