i don't know but it usally depends on the ammount of space on the disk and most cds only have 12 songs on them plus the songs on the disc are really long so that is probaly why... the main point is that there probably wasn't enough room for the song

i hate screaming girls, they are so annoying, it ruined the whole video. Girls can get so annoying. Btw i am on but a normal one that doesnt go screaming in a movie. I loved the movie and all the books but that was terrible. It was not an extended version. it was pretty short.
