Okay so her third husband had gotten her pregnant. He's this big drug lord so he wanted her to have the baby in private where no one would know it was birn. She escaped to the hospital. He comes in all pissed and he's screaming at everyone "WE'RE LEAVING" and no one did anything. And the nurse comes in carrying the baby and he gets all soft and is holding him awe struck and the song starts playing and then the episode ends. it's better when you watch it
