I love Michael too as artist (seen on stage last may in Milan, brilliant), but , as man, I prefer Gary Barlow. And the same if I have to compare, as man, Jay with Gary! No way, Gas looks better to me. So, what can I say... I think Rob it's quite blind..! Even if, he is speaking to Gas about the others 2, but he's not comparing Gas with the other 2!

Gary looked very much older, wiser & firmed than others. Maybe b'cuz he's d'leader, he knws hw d'music industry works better than others & a big brother who does take care of his 'brothers'. As Robby said in the documentary he's a father figure... drive this machine...! It even showed when Gary scolded Robby (@ 2:53) reminding him not to read comments on YouTube.
