kkllmmoo -- There could be two reasons/fixes to your volume problem. 1- take the protective plastic wrap off off the phone or at least just around the area you hear through. 2- when your talking to someone, press the volume button on the screen to raise the volume.

I know that my mhz band is 900 mhz from where I live, but I dont know if the Phone will work with verizon? Allot of websites dont list verizon under supported carriers.

i help you solve this problem,do it follow my description.

selcect :设置(setting) then 手机设置(phone setup), then select 语言( language),then you will see many language for you choosing ,you select english is ok.
