He is from Chile. and his English is just fine for this song. It's all in the music anyway, and I think he did just great. sure there is a bit of an accent on there, but it doesn't matter. if you tried to do a Spanish cover, you would probably have a bad English accent. It takes a long time to train your voice to ditch an accent. so I think he did pretty good.
