rTorrent again ;-]. And rtorrent have web gui. I use it on my local network in this way: One little server with rtorrent (and some more nice applications), web-gui for people in my home, and ssh for geek ;-]
But bittorrent is better if you need to use it as a part of script.

I just love "Command Line", it's total computing sovereignty for me, I use Dynebolic 2.5.5 GNU-Linux live CD (which can be easily run from he hardrive, as it works excellently on old and new machines. Maybe you could test it and what tips you can give me ;)
