Roof Shingles Defined-DIY

I quit using Owens-Corning shingles when I was a roofer for two reasons. 1- Color matching was horrible. I made sure to get shingles with the same batch numbers to no avail. Roof looked like shite. 2- The adhesive used to seal the shingles was way too soft. On a hot day it would stick instantly to the roof if you dropped a shingle face-down. Got tired of that crap. I did four houses on the same street -- all white roofs. Did the first one with OC, last three with GAF. No comparison.

The so called "roof leak" at the end of the video was condensation. Not a roof leak
