Man that video is such my favorite muppet show moment of all time, kinda reminded me when I first played guitar self taught in 2004, besides Scooter is the man, and I will always love him forever. All his muppets are right handed. The times that you see otherwise, it's not Jim doing it. For example, the banjo scene in The Muppet Movie, was Jim on vocals and his mouth, using his other hand for the chords. Some one else was doing the strumming.

No, Jim wasn't left handed. The first left-handed Muppeteer was Louise Gold. Jim was very much right-handed. All you have to do is look at the hundreds of behind-the-scenes photos to know that.
