Rio san juan and Panama are very important for the history of the whole american continent. I think I dont have to explain why, It was a treasure for pirates to hit granada, and was used during the gold rush of California. If you are Nicaraguan You should feel Proud of having that river, you know perfectly how much costa Rica envies us. Even if you think there is not much to do there, ITs historical and ecological importance for nicaragua is priceless.
If you live in Nicaragua perhaps you do not speak Spanish properly or you do not have education in history of Nicaragua, because when you write, you do not cover the history about that castle you just mention that it is ..., I like the history of how a Nicaraguan woman protected the Castle from the theft (the filibusterous) that wanted to invade Nicaragua. Nicaragua is beautiful that is why others wanted to show her like their property.
