Nope. I know white women with black kinky hair. Actually most white people I know do not have the combination of blonde straight hair. My sister goes to school with a black girl with naturally flaming ginger hair. Black people and white people can both have any hair color, hair texture, and eye color naturally, without it being an alteration. You should get out some more and see for yourself.
