I used to have this phone.. and let me tell u, the only thing wrong for me was the battery life.. keep in mind people.. this is a smart phone.. so you gotta know how to use it.. if ur runnin alot of apps.. then of course its going to run sluggish since it dont got alot of processing power or ram.. also, its like a computer.. so restart it (power off then on) i did all this and let me tell ya.. it works very well and efficiently :)

The only problems I have with this phone is that its volume isnt loud enough, it;s a bit hard to move around, and its a bit sluggish.

it's like texting on a blackberry. i find it easier. but if your used to the regular style text this take a while to get the hang of.

i've had a sidekick 3, a blackberry pearl, and a shadow. i have the shadow now and its the best phone i've ever had. i would recommend it to anyone that wants an awesome phone

i had a dash and it broke within 4 months...i replaced it with a shadow and it's built much better

Well it depends.

For slimness/looks the Shadow.

For texting/business the Dash.
