Noctua, you don't have to have UV acrylic, led's... none of that shit, just make a black fucking fan.

I doubt that would be a problem to anyone, unless they weren't really into high end hardware to begin with. Most of the time when people post in forums or upload vids they list their components anyway. Besides, most Noctua coolers are easily distinguished by the shape/design of the heatsink.

Iam thinking about getting 2 of them for my new case wich is a fractal r2..the 2 noctuas should intake the air cause every test says, they move alot of air with higher pressure then normal, but now Iam asking: does that only count in one way?means, do i only have the advantage at the exhaust side of the fan, or is the "power" even in the intake of the fan?I though that fan would be optimal, since in front of the fan would be a dust filter and noise damping.my old fans dont even move through that

im assuming that because the p12 fans are designed to push air through dense fin arrays w/ high static pressure they wouldnt do to well as intake or exaust fans on a case like the haf932 because the holes are not so dense but would be good for something like a true or h50

I actually like the look of Noctua fans, it separates them from the rest of the market making them more distinctive. If you want LEDs then there are plenty of ricer fans on the market with similar airflow.

Personally I hope they never adopt LEDs into their designs.

Noctua NF S12B 120mm vs. Noctua NH-U12P (came with Noctua NH-U12P) which one do you think has the better cooling and quieter? thank you in advance.

Noctua NF-P12 (came with NH-U12P). The blades are better designed and gives better performance then the NF-S12B. According to a friend of mine who has both of them, the NF-P12 gives a better airflow but it's slightly noisier. Nothing serious though.

To be honest, I prefer Scythe Gentle Typhoons

They're cheaper than the Noctuas and are actually quieter and have more static pressure.

(If you don't believe me, go google a sound test or buy the 2 fans and compare for yourself)
