I think that gospel is essential but their goal is t help churches you can preach the gospel but if you have no place to meet and some churches no pastors what mark is doing is trying to get all us to help the church get up so they can continue sharing the gospel, when people are staring and sick they also need to be tended,,

Hey man, I've done the research and there is just an overwhelming amount of evidence for God and for Christianity. I'd love to discuss that evidence with you through personal messages or emails but arguing on this video is really pointless and shows lack of class on both sides. The research you did, was it historical? The same type of research say that Bart Erhman has done? If so, I would like to know more. Firstly, Christians believe that God answers prayers according to His will, he's not a vending machine.

What had once been corrupted by the world the church has a chance to rebuild, to do what the church should be doing among the poorest of the poor, those who need help most. We have the power of God and His supreme benevolence, without God no one would have even the slightest concern for anyone crushed by this tragedy. When the church reaches the Haitians spiritually and teaches them the gospel truth what will be rebuilt will be a testament to God's power to renew. May God bless us all.

Yes, they do. They are fulfilling what God commands in His Word -- to love God and neighbor. Part of that is ministering to body and soul. Both are important -- one has eternal consequences. All people need help in physical AND spiritual ways (whether in Haiti or not).

I'm wondering if those critics that say Mark is a fake, actually watched the whole video? I found it compelling. I was challenged especially by the perseverance and determination of the Christians, and compared my own lack of zeal - how much do I love Jesus and His church? Not a right lot. Firstly, Christians believe that God answers prayers according to His will, he's not a vending machine.
Also suppose you believe in the big bang theory or other derivatives of it, formation of life (DNA, proteins) from random compounds and that the earth is actually millions years old. Maybe you could provide empirical, reproducible evidence for that too?

God loves us unconditionally... there is nothing we can do to make Him love us any less... and nothing we can do to make Him love us any more. He gave us free will to choose Him or reject Him. We are God's children whether we believe it or not. He created us. We are His. It's our free will to choose to be selfish, prideful, foolish and reject Him. Believe what you choose but in wisdom consider---- what if your wrong? What if there's more? What if there's hope you never dreamed of hoping for?

99minerkc...I'm grateful that Jesus met with and loved people like you and me. Christ proved his divinity (He is God) through His life and came upon many that refused to believe without a miracle. God has no limitations, but chose to limit Himself by the measure of the people's faith. As such, many times Christ refused the miraculous when someone's belief hinged upon the miracle alone. Christ has laid His life down (once again, a choice), bearing God's wrath for us...let's turn to Him.

I don't claim to know anything about cosmology, but I do know that scientists claim that the big bang theory is how the universe came into existence! I have no reason to not believe in it! I do know that if an all powerful god created earth it wouldn't have taken it 6 days to do but rather would have been done instantly!

What had once been corrupted by the world the church has a chance to rebuild, to do what the church should be doing among the poorest of the poor, those who need help most. We have the power of God and His supreme benevolence, without God no one would have even the slightest concern for anyone crushed by this tragedy. When the church reaches the Haitians spiritually and teaches them the gospel truth what will be rebuilt will be a testament to God's power to renew. May God bless us all.

Makes it hard to look at a rich person.Little math,if everyone in America gave just 5$ once, that's over a billion dollars we could use to help.That's just once, not every day, or once a week or once every year.Crazy how easily we could afford to help others if we collectively pitched in.Could you skip that Happy meal at McDonalds?That's just America not the whole world.We've almost raised half a bill so far.

Yes, they do. They are fulfilling what God commands in His Word -- to love God and neighbor. Part of that is ministering to body and soul. Both are important -- one has eternal consequences. All people need help in physical AND spiritual ways (whether in Haiti or not).
