  • good squatting. glad your posting again. are you doing 5/3/1 for powerlifting? seemed like you did a few singles there.

  • @mattzilla331 Thanks, it is good to be back at it again. I bought the 5/3/1 for powerlifting ebook, but I am planning to run the original program for a while yet. The reason for the singles was that my form was feeling a little off from being away from the weights for a bit.

  • @MichaelPost2009 ya thats good. i enjoyed both books. right now i am just following the original 5/3/1 template. i am working up to following the NOV template in the powerlifting book. i am currently fairly south of vag right now. working my way up.
