I didn’t see any water added to the pie crust mix. For you-all that use water and butter, use vodka in place of water. During cooking the alcohol evaporates. Less moister in the dough makes a very tender and flaky crust.

Liked the way she handle the crust with the rolling pin to get it into the pie plate.
Think I'm going to add toasted walnuts & bourbon soaked raisins on top.
wiped cream or vanilla ice cream anyone?
