I'm in good health, I eat right, I exercise. But I for the life of me can't go lower than size 14 pants. So many I just have big hips and everything? Why should I feel like I did something wrong? So my brother, who smokes, drinks, ect. is healthier than me because he's skinny? Really?

You can't tell me she looked great with all of her ribs and bones showing, you can't tell me my brother is healthier than I am with his drug use, and you can't say that being skinny is the only way to good health. There's a definite difference between being skinny and being healthy.

More like abs, toned legs, and just overall muscle definition. But why should people be penalized for not having the perfect body? What if their metabolism is naturally slow or some other medical condition? It is possible to be perfectly healthy and overweight. Besides, numerous studies have shown that people who are overweight live longer. They are not obese.

I personally think she's beautiful even when she's plump.
The problem is that she keeps gaining a lot of weight, then losing a lot of weight, and the cycle continues. Having your weight constantly change is not good. That's one reason I try and keep my weight relatively constant, because I'm scared that if I don't my skin will become less elastic/firm
