Oddly enough, I was just writing to Numark about this exact thing - a simple MIDI controller with no fx, etc - I have software for all that. Hopefully (being Vestax) it won't cost too much.

Looks very good. Is the platter large enough for serious scratching?

well, its 7 inches. reg. records are 12 inches (duh) so its almost have the size! It might be okay...
