Its a fitness video ......like a home made ministry of sound, nothing pervy or slutty about it, seems like a lot of people are either jealous, prudes or well too childish to see past the bras and panties to the adult side that is lets work out. And its not just fatties working out, its slimmies wanting to increase their cardio vascular system :S

I lost a stone, spreading this over 23 weeks per episode each episode five times a week., doing this work out I ate well too though I think if you work out and then eat crap your fighting a losing battle its like going to war with Russia really.

So I reckon if you ate decent food in decent portions and cut out the artificial comfort food and do this workout its going to cut the bulge.

Most women dress worse to work out so ladies get over yourselves. I am a woman and I find nothing wrong with this. Besides most dances dress like this. In case you didnt notice all these women and the one random guy are all dancers. Plus most women wear a lot less in music videos including Rock , Hip-hop, and R&B. If there is anyone who doesnt like the way the fit dancers are dressed while trying to teach fatties how to slim down. There are more channels to allow you to slim down.

personally, i dont think they are sluts. I think the fact that they dress like that is a good thing, it gives people on a diet or fitness plan something to aspire for! so when its getting tough, we can go "come on! to look like THAT!" im on a diet (not an easy thing. seen my username? i like me cheese xD) and the fitness corner workouts are the best ive seen on youtube. the girls (and guy xD) do a great job. :)
