  • or if you guys would like, simply change the door/window into an edible poly, select all the polys and set them to material "1". afterward you can unwrap and texture it to your hearts content without the need of 5 materials ^_^, or not.

  • Very nice work ^^ thanks a lot mister !

  • Thanks a lot! Thumbs up!

  • how do you transformed them into glass and wood materials?

  • @takalitoys Through your material editor. Press "M", then change your material from standard to Multi-Object. The material is going to be in slots 1 - 5. Each object uses different material slots for the parts of the object.

  • Thanks a lot!

  • thanks a lot, you helped me a lot , also nice tricks, you go beyond the help oof the program

  • hey this video is great, but do u know where i could get materials?

  • they should already be in your computer if you have 3d max. Go to your C: > Program Files > autodesk > 3D Max > maps > ArchMat

They should all be there, or just google materials for 3d max. You'll find three billion of them. I take photos and Photoshop them for some of my custom objects.

  • Make sure the material is tileable. If not, its not going to look right when you apply them and tile it.

  • @MNDZFERNAN

    i got it.. thank u!
