@takalitoys Through your material editor. Press "M", then change your material from standard to Multi-Object. The material is going to be in slots 1 - 5. Each object uses different material slots for the parts of the object.

they should already be in your computer if you have 3d max. Go to your C: > Program Files > autodesk > 3D Max > maps > ArchMat
They should all be there, or just google materials for 3d max. You'll find three billion of them. I take photos and Photoshop them for some of my custom objects.

Make sure the material is tileable. If not, its not going to look right when you apply them and tile it.
