Alot of misinformation here. Matthews and this other lady are saying that the Civil Rights Act was passed by the government, therefore the government must be good. They fail to mention that the government were also the ones who said "Separate but Equal" was legal. The fact is that the government usually causes the problems that it has to fix, then it blames it on the people and acts like it's the savior to increase it's own power.
