As for Guzman, he saw Arthur as an easy payday before moving up, Plank Warren knew Arthur had no chance against him so pulled the plug the first chance he had, the supposed visa issue, despite the fact guzman had his visa a week before the fight.Warren then stalled on setting a new date for the fight, Guzman realised the fight was never going to happen so moved up. Thus Planks plan worked, Arthur wins the belt without actually fighting the champ.

Good win for him , but i still hope he slows down with his dream of being World Champ so quickly.
Go get the European Title and defend it afew timmes against some rough durable eatern europeans. Then move up against the top dogs.
Think it might give him more longevity in the long run. But hes certainly one to watch.

So this is why Plank Warren pulled him out of the guzman fight. He never had any intention of going through with it and looked for any excuse he could. The visa stuff was all bollocks. Arthur is a typical warren fighter, fight a load of bums then get the WBO belt handed to you without fighting the champ, just like calzaghe and maccarinelli. Yea he beat Eubank, but Eubank was not the champ. As for Guzman, he saw Arthur as an easy payday before moving up, Plank Warren knew Arthur had no chance against him so pulled the plug the first chance he had, the supposed visa issue, despite the fact guzman had his visa a week before the fight.Warren then stalled on setting a new date for the fight, Guzman realised the fight was never going to happen so moved up. Thus Planks plan worked, Arthur wins the belt without actually fighting the champ.
