How to make a cool YouTube background

@yoyoswimmer2 Ok. On your channel go to Themes and colours>advanced options and there you have 'background image'. upload it there, I think the filesize needs to be 256k or less. Good luck!

@goodolboys530 Ah, that's called a 'banner'. To get a banner you need to be a youtube partner.

@sparkybigptalkshow Ah yeah, very very good point. You need the file size to be 256k or less. I really should have gone over that, I forgot. I ended up using photoshop to resave the image at a smaller size. You could use microsoft picture manager too. Sorry for not mentioning this and thanks for pointing it out
