xbox only has 2 games worth mentioning that the PS3 doesn't have, Halo and Forza, besides that the xbox is inferior in every other way. I have all three systems but the xbox and Wii collect dust now, the xbox controllers are useless for some games, battery life is horrendous, and the PS3 is much better for my family, i can download and play movies for my son and my fiance can watch her soaps with the PS3 on demand service all for free, and the better CD system ( sony and Phillips created the CD)

yeah i agree the 360 GPU is better than the ps3 GPu on its own. but thats why the Cell is in the ps3 so the RSX "borrows" RAM from the CEll giving it better proccesing power and thus. better graphics.

Blu-ray is not a waste of money. You are just saying that because you don't know what it's for. They use the huge disc space to create longer games and better graphics and physics.
Mass RROD is a thing of the past and although the advantages of blu-ray evident they are sadly also irrelevant. Developers are just not spending the time or resources to take advantage of that extra space.
If you want better graphics and physics, consoles is not where to find it.
They are using the disc space. Just look at uncharted, killzone 2, and mgs4. And especially with god of war 3 and uncharted 2 coming out, they are going to NEED blu-ray.

What I mean is that developers are not spending enough time or resources in their production to warrant a disk that could potentially have a 100Gb capacity. By the time a game requiring that much space comes out... ps3 is gonna be fairly outdated.
As for the current age:
You show me a ps3 game that requires more than 9Gb of disk space and I shall concede.
If you want to throw out the 'future' card, PC has and always will be the best gaming platform.
I know that MGS4 supposedly uses 33Gb of the disk but that is because of multiple hours of in game cutscenes. With the multiple languages and cutscenes cut out I wouldn't be surprised if it had a max disk usage of around 7-8.5Gb.
So to make it clear... show me a game that warrants the disk space not a movie. :)
But the best game to use as an example will be god of war 3. That game will take full advantage of the disc space.
But for now the best game that uses the power of bluray is killzone 2. It has the most amazing graphics and physics ever seen in a game (besides crysis).

I tested both but ps3 came up with better graphics, more high quality, smooth system, quiet console.
360 was full of troubles & failures, RROD, & it kills the dvd, crashes & glitches.

not the game quality, the system quality, I just got the E71 on xbox 360 just by installing an unpdate now thats bad quality cuz it doesn't take updates that strong, same with the red ring of death ect. It doesn't overheat in a year and its really rare that it overheats, ps3 comes with an intercooler in the ps3 so, PS3 LAST WAY LONGER I still have my ps3 from the day it came out. They are using the disc space. Just look at uncharted, killzone 2, and mgs4. And especially with god of war 3 and uncharted 2 coming out, they are going to NEED blu-ray.

What I mean is that developers are not spending enough time or resources in their production to warrant a disk that could potentially have a 100Gb capacity. By the time a game requiring that much space comes out... ps3 is gonna be fairly outdated.
As for the current age:
You show me a ps3 game that requires more than 9Gb of disk space and I shall concede.
If you want to throw out the 'future' card, PC has and always will be the best gaming platform.

I know that MGS4 supposedly uses 33Gb of the disk but that is because of multiple hours of in game cutscenes. With the multiple languages and cutscenes cut out I wouldn't be surprised if it had a max disk usage of around 7-8.5Gb.
So to make it clear... show me a game that warrants the disk space not a movie. :)

Assassins creed was always for the 360 and ps3 and dearm on about mgs4.
