In addition to all the other safety advice . . . the driver needs to focus on the road :(

also....the baby's carseat looks WAY to upright...there should be a positioner checker thingy on the side of the seat

The baby's straps are way too loose. The clip should be at armpit level. The other little boy would be much safer in the backseat, and the seat belt does little good if he's not positioned properly (ie sitting straight, not turned around.)
