There are a handful of scholarships, though they tend to be for very specific backgrounds. Skoll and Rhodes are the ones that pay 100% I think, but there might be others.

I was wondering--- I am from Colombia and I am an IB student, I know how to speak 3 languages, Englosh Spanish and Frech, unfortunately, my country's currency is reduced a lot when it is changed to pounds.. In fact, Pound multiplies 4 times my currency -- my question is:

once you get your IB diploma, you could start searching for scholarships for any uni at UK (you need good grades). Thereafter, you could apply to Oxford for any other scholarship.... ( Costo de estudio+costo de vida es bastante alto)
