not really live :-) a vocoder needs tones from keyboard, he had programmed the voices via midi and use only the vocals. The solo is ok but not so expressive like the original. Backroundsound is very thin.

This question might be a little annoying, but could you list the current keyboards and synthesizers you have? And i have an upright piano and a cheap yamaha keyboard i got for like 100 bucks a few years ago, and am wanting to buy a good all-around keyboard/synthesizer. Could you recomend one? I know a lot of people have microKorgs but i think the keyboard might be just a little too small.

you have to have a decent number of bands to start with, set up the levels for each individual band properly, get a decent mic, EQ everything to perfection...and putting resonance on all of the bands helps as well.
